It would be difficult but yes I'm pretty sure that I would do it. Next to the amount of animals I've consumed over the course of my life (most of them cooked) the death of a puppy seems small.
Not even a chance!! I'm a huge advocate for animals and have done endless rescues. Plus, I am not the type to care about money...unless I can use it to change people's lives for the better. I just can't even imagine the idea of this...don't even want to go there in my mind. I agree with what Wyote said:

I wouldnt kill the puppy, but to whoever would offer me the $$$$$$$$ to do it - id have no problem lying without blushing to the face of that heartless person about having done it and keep the puppy and the money (handy for dogfood

I had to euthanize a litter of puppies because of some sort of skin rot they contracted. All the poor little things did was cry hour after hour and my sister begged me to do it, her husband wouldn't and after I had examined the poor creatures I noticed maggots had been eating away at their flesh for some undetermined amount of time. This was about ten years ago, remembering it now the sickly sweet smell of decaying flesh still turns my stomach. Ending their suffering was alot easier than digging the grave and saying some prayers. By the way if you ever decide to take the responsibility of caring for an animal, care for it....animals are not some emotional consumable that can be discarded because it ceases to be convenient for them to live with you. Also when your friend passes do not discard them like some trash, find someplace to bury them with a modicum of respect for the happiness they brought you.
As for killing a puppy for money, I'd kill the person offering the money...then take the money and buy a plot of land with a lake on it to raise the puppy. Maybe use the dead human as fertilizer for the garden behind the cabin.

I already went that direction when I saw this thread. "Okay Cindy, what exactly WOULD you do for a million dollars? Playboy? Porn?"
