Earthy is the opposite of imaginative. It basically means someone who is down-to-earth, more interested in the concrete than the abstract etc. Agency is how much you feel like your life is controlled by deities, luck/fate, or people in authority.

I was a Generous Dreamer a year ago.
Now I'm a Generous Artist.

Some interesting comparisons and changes in myself:

I've scored higher [and towards the right end of the scale] in everything now except for Masculinity, Earthy-Imaginative, Authoritarianism, and Agency [this one just plummeted o-o].
