You Scored as HumanisticThe most optimistic of psychologists, you believe all people have the capability to function normally within them. The power to change is internal. However, feelings of inadequacy often prevent this. Therapy involves the unconditional support of patients, listening and encouraging as they seek the answers to their problems within themselves, at their own pace.

You Scored as PsychoanalyticThe original Freudian psychologist, you believe that the human unconscious is forever locked in a struggle between selfish desire and socially accepted rules, which rule all of life. Childhood experience and development shape the nature of this battle, and dreams often hold the only key into these hidden motivations. Therapy must be intense and all-encompassing, explaining the patients' whole personalities (and life stories) before treating the problems.

You Scored as CognitiveA strong proponent of "attitude is everything," you believe how a person views the world is the key to their psychological health. Negative or overgeneralized attitudes are, as well as often wrong, thoroughly unhealthy. Therapy involves the systematic reteaching and reshaping of mindset, which can be quick or slow depending on the patient.

This is cool. A lot of my friends concider me to be their own psychologist, so it makes sense for me.

That result makes sense, because I try to get people to rethink and review the things that are going on with them. Sort of interesting as well that I don't totally fit any of these things. Partly because when answering the questions I kept saying to myself "this is highly situational dependent".

I'm going too make a sweeping generalization and say that INFJs tend to score as cognitive

I'd doubt this test's accuracy, giving me a "cognitive" score.

On a bit more studious note, the following article:
Varlami, E., & Bayne, R. (2007). Psychological type and counselling psychology trainees' choice of counselling orientation. Counselling Psychology Quarterly. 20(4), 361-373.
...observed the following results:

SPs : no data (counsel others? Sounds boring!)
SJs : Cognitive-Behavioral
NTs : no data (likely Cognitive-Behavioral or eclectic)
xNFP : Person-Centered
xNFJ : Psychodynamic

Slight edge to Psychoanalytic.
