I don't know about others but I'm sick of being in a dry spell.lol :m206:

Me too!!!
It's been 3 months for me, which isn't THAT long but I've never gone that long since I started having sex in the first place, AND the last sex I had was BAD sex- like REALLY BAD. o_O

I don't even want to think how long it's been since I got a little 'something-something'...

Just one person for me...
and it's been 5 months, I think.

Hahaha!

sorry, not laughing at you, just at how you said that. :p

I'm a serial monogamist. I've had two long term relationships-- one lasting almost two years, the other a cool three years (not counting the on and off and on and off factor), with a bit of dating in between.

Thus far, I've got three notches on my bedpost.

And hot damn, it's been about five months now...

No problem!

So um...uhh...it's been one person for me, and something like 3 or 4 years? Yeah...

o_O You poor boy....

Well, I think it's time for you to end this dry spell.
Perhaps we should make a dating show?
"Who Wants to Date an INFJ?" ???

Ha! I think a lot of forum members would benefit from such a thing. I smell money to be made...

4 partners for me. I have been single since Oct 2001. I had sex once in that period which was with an Ex girlfriend, that was 2 or 3 years ago.

Money to be made and sex to be had!

I accidentally voted 0. It's actually 1, but it was so shitty I forgot about it.

Ya 4-5 years for me and I'm really really sick of it.

And really a dry spell doesn't start until at least a year.

4 for me and all were in long term relationships. I can't imagine myself having a one night stand although there have been lonely nights I would have killed for one. I wish that I could be a virgin for the person I will be with for the rest of my life. At the same time I enjoyed most of the sex I had and I like to believe I learnt from the experiences.

I don't get how come the vast majority are virgins. lol. unless a lot of people on this site are under 20.

I would say that probably, INFJs require more emotional intimacy than other types and are not as likely to totally whore themselves out like some of the "E" types we all know.

About the 20+.... I have heard of a lot of people who exceed 20. One who was at 100. But if it's at 1000, they are either a rock star who banged every groupie that came his way, a porn star, or some kind of thing like that, would be my opinion.

Once I saw a show about a porn star in which the porn star said she had slept with 3200 people. And I am thinking... how can you not have a disease after sleeping with 3200 people. ????:m035:
It's called pennisilin. Clears up most boils and sores.

I'm in my early 20's, and I've had 7 sexual partners. I never thought that to be very many, but I guess it's all relative. I know quite a few musicans and player types, people who sleep with different women every weekend. And really, I have no problem with it. I just don't want to do it myself: I've had a single one night stand, which I guess was enjoyable on a physical level, but it made me feel alien and disconnected.

I believe us INFJ's tend to see sexuality as the ultimate expression of intimacy and connection, and because of that we long for it. But we also fear it for the same reason: to fully synchronise oneself with another person is to reveal one's innermost self for evaluation, and that's a terrifying thought for someone who lives in a garden of walls. So, I don't think avoiding sexuality and making it out to be a virtue is entirely healthy, but rather contributes to our tendency to shut in.

I voted 4-5... and I quickly figured out that I'm physically incapable of enjoying meaningless sex. I think I really started enjoying it with my current partner (INFP), we've been together for 9 months and I'm very happy.
