1.TO work hard for the next six months and save lots of money
2.To study hard for the next six months and get accepted in a good university here in Iran. Spend two years on studying and get a scholarship with a good GPA.

what do you think? What do you recommend?

Most universities don't have any fees or if there is any tuition fee, it's not much really. I don't know anything about the education studies, though. Also politicians are thinking about getting a tuition fee for people who are coming from other countries to here to study, such a pity. ><'' Mostly people who are coming from other countries to here to study, are coming because there are no tuition fees and studying is almost free.

Are you absolutely sure that there's no tuition for foreign students? The EU uses the ECT system for calculating semester merit, and guidelines for how much foreign students should contribute for their education. That's supposed to keep people studying in their native countries.

If there is no tuition, I don't think that it's such a ludicrous idea to introduce one. It's very expensive to accept foreign students to colleges and universities, and if Finnish education is free, and it costs 9000 pounds per semester in the UK, people would flood Finnish universities and make it so that Finnish people can't access their own schools. That would suuuuck.

I wouldn't recommend Finland, because the job situation here is very bad currently, many jobless people even with many years of work experience and with high university degrees. Yeah, unfortunately the job situation here is bad. The unemployment rate is about 8% at the moment.

I don't know much about University fees since I have studied in a University of Applied Sciences which is not quite the same as University, but in UAS we had to pay almost nothing during the studies. About the student aids... Here is a link to the website of our Social Insurance Institute. You can find some info about it there, but it seems they won't pay to the foreign students if you have come here only to study.

I sent an email to the University of OULU in Finland and they've just send an email to me.

"Our basic requirements are a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education degree and Sufficient English language proficiency. No document is needed for the proof of language proficiency, since the level of English language will be assessed during the interview in the second stage of the student selection, if an applicant has been selected for the interview. Therefore, if you see that you fulfill these requirements, you can apply. If you get accepted to the program you will get the letter of acceptance."

"At the moment there is no tuition cost. Although there is an application fee of 100 € for applicants who are applying based on a qualification completed outside the EU/EEA –area. Please see this website for more information: http://www.oulu.fi/degree/scholarships. "

The only problem is what they're talking about.JOBS!! Finland is awesome but it's also risky! If I don't find a job, I have to go back to my country!!!

Honest question: Do you need to leave the country ASAP? Are you in any type of danger?
If not, I would suggest getting a GPA. It will be much easier to get into a great university that way

Well,no. I'm not in danger.but ... I just wanna leave ... Can't be here anymore... I think if I stay here for that long, things will change and I may not be able to leave and that eagerness for adventure will fade away...

I don't know much about it, but I googled some links for you.

If you want to work here, you need a residence permit at first and you need to have a job already before coming here (if you're going to work...).
