Ah, not to be a meanie gut here [MENTION=1451]Billy[/MENTION]; but I don't know that I have ever associated you with that word..
Benevolent doesn't have to mean "spineless" appeaser, I would raise my people like I would my own children and protect them from the horrors of the world. There is no doubt I would be populist, but populist in spreading wealth, opportunity and equality to all. Not in coddling those who will weaken my dominion.
