All joking aside, I seriously do need to understand the thinking behind the Trump supporters. I've been an independent my whole adult life, voting Republican or Democrat based on the candidate and their stance on issues that mattered to me. These days, however, I'm out of touch with most Republicans. I just don't see anything other than the victim mentality going on with them.
