I didn't know I could ever experience a jumpscare from a forum post, but it just happened.
 
I believe in a dualistic approach, so I'd put two complimentary types together in each role.
Too lazy to think about it properly, but different combinations could work at every level.
 
Think of it as them being two parts of a whole (or aspects), like yin and yang, balancing each other out.

In what terms would you put dualistic, exactly? Would you say it like INFJ-ESTP, INFJ-ISTJ or INFJ-ENFP?

That's why I said too lazy, I don't know what the best approach is really, I think many could work. My gut goes for INFJ-ESTP though.
