I believe in a dualistic approach, so I'd put two complimentary types together in each role.
Too lazy to think about it properly, but different combinations could work at every level.

That's why I said too lazy, I don't know what the best approach is really, I think many could work. My gut goes for INFJ-ESTP though.

Out of those, I agree. With the ISTJ, there'd be too much dissent (just thinking, my sister and I ) - it's a make it or break it kind of situation.
