Are you thin?

You're not so weird:

PALEO DIET

viz

just because people search it a lot, doesn't mean it's not weird... i'm sure the graph would look similar for the term "tentacle porn"

i know what you mean though. paleo is well-known nowadays, especially by netizens.

Let's see...
Today I had a banana for breakfast.
Midafternoon I had a big salad with turkey breast, pears, praline nuts, spinach and romano, and a wee bit of goat cheese with a nonfat rasberry vinegrette.
This evening I had a half glass of milk.

I commonly hear that the average american should be eating about 2700 calories a day. If I ate that much, I'd weigh 300 inside of 10 years. I try to stay at about 1200 calories a day and I seem to have leveled off at 180.

5 feet 2 inches and 101 pounds. i have almost always been underweight and im usually trying to gain weight, like right now.
i stop eating when im emotionally stressed but find it easy to eat if i just have a lot of the go, like when i was a student, so during exams i wouldnt loose weight, but if i felt hurt by someone, then id loose weight. so in happy periods of my life i have 2000 cals a day, sad periods i have like 400, regular periods of my life i have 1000.

No, my hips are too wide, breast too big, and I'm "big-boned". I try to eat nutritious foods that gives me energy...whole grains, fruits, vegetables, meats. For breakfast I had apple cinnimon oatmeal and eggs with cheese.

You should maintain that diet, you'll lose weight in no time.

I eat terribly but compensate with massive amounts of physical activity and vitamin pills. In process of getting the brad pitt 'fight club' bod just need a bit more muscle.

Wow 2700 is a lot. Where did you hear this?
I think the average american should eat around
1500 calories a day. 1500 healthy calories is a
lot. Do you know how many carrots that is?

I don't think the majority of the US population is
active enough to eat that much. We don't use
enough energy for that kind of dining. Most have
desk jobs and then go home to their sofa.

I'm not sure I would call apple cinnamon oatmeal or eggs with cheese healthy.

Perhaps steel cut oats and egg whites.

Also, you don't look big boned :p Assuming that is you in your avatar.

D: the average american shouldn't sit around so much... if they did then they would be better off eating a normal amount. 2700 is still kinda excessive tho for like 99% of people.

Yes. My pants are fitting even better now! I quit smoking pot a few weeks ago, and so have cut down on junk food a lot. I have a pretty fast metabolism either way, though.
You'll be back. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.

I'm a fat fuck. 240 lb 5'8". When I'm hungry I'll just keep eating until I feel satisfied. When I'm bored sometimes I'll look for shit to nibble on. I have tried exercise here and there, but I find it really not so fun.

Approx. 6'3" and somewhere between 170-185 lbs. I've always been thin and used to eat a lot more than I do now.

I know, but it's still possible take breaks for years at a time

Exercise sucks. I don't enjoy doing physical things. It's boring.

After exercising for a few weeks I weighed myself and I'm still at 180 (and 6'3"). No loss, but I actually feel some not-as-soft spots here and there :)

Seven months ago I was consuming a 2500 calorie diet daily and training on average 2 - 3 hours a day in Boxing and Muay Thai. Now on a good day (after the crash) I achieve a stroll at best (I'm still limping around), I've stopped counting calories and I've gained a bit (10lb or so) but at the moment I'm focusing on my mental health and recovering, so I have an excuse to enjoy food.
The six pack abs were nice while they lasted, now I have a six pack set of rolls.

Through Nov I have averaged 175, in the last 7 days I have weighed in under 174.5 each day (172 three days in a row and 174 yesterday) Last night I ate nearly a pound of roasted almonds along with my dinner, 3 choc chip cookies and 2 pints of ale.
