Listen to this kind of music, and then write in "stream-of-consciousness" style.
Write exactly how you are feelings, what colours and shapes you see, what's going on in your mind, as it happens.

There's some really good instrumental music in a lot of the old video games. For example, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross.

This song is beyond amazing. The amount of detail with each sounds put into it is incredible. I wouldn't call it a masterpiece, but it is definitely close to it. This is one of my all time favorite songs.
