It's unrelated to MBTI and arguably a less scientifically rigorous test, but offers a different and unique take on typology.
Generally it is useful somewhere in people's self discovery process imo.

Hi. Enneagram theory identifies nine unique types, each with specific traits and behavioural patterns. Enneagram theory helps us to become conscious of our behaviour — both positive and negative. Most importantly, it can help us to communicate to each other better. Different authors show characters in different views and so we have a large collection of nine character descriptions in numerous books.
Our team is working on Drive Response Theory is improved personality theory derived from Enneagram nine personality types. Instead of adding details on the top of nine enneagram personality types, Drive Response is filling the gap how these types are actually formed, how does it come to a certain personality type, and where are the roots?

Are you seriously self-promoting a test you did yourself that doesn't even work properly? - Isn't it against the rules to advertise for your own personal gain? Granted, ultimately the test is supposed to be for the masses, but for the time being it doesn't bring anyone anything, except yourself. And judging by your previous posts, you haven't done anything but that.
There aren't any real short-cuts to learning about yourself. Tests can only ignite interest into the topic and promote further research unless performed and evaluated individually by a professional.

This "person" has supposedly been developing this test since at least as far back as 2015.

I’ve just taken some other test. I’ve gotten type 3, type 6, and type 9. However, I’ve gotten 3 the most of out all the test I’ve taken, and it sounds like it could be about right. I’m probably a 3w2. Still doing research though!
The basic idea of it stems from the buddhist view of spirituality, based on the perceived separation of 'self' from the world, and that this is an illusion, but perpetuation of it leads to different types of suffering.
E9 is sort of the basic type, representing all the others, in that it is most directly about the idea of falling asleep to the self (some 9s experience this by a kind of numbing of their sense of self so they may let themselves be absorbed by something ro the other...could be into a cause, into intellectual activity, etc)...and there's an idea that the neighboring types all have direct relations to each other, e.g. 8 relates to 9 in that denial of one's vulnerability is a kind of numbing.
E5 sits at the farthest end from 9, so painfully conscious of the sense of self and its separation from all else that the self feels empty -- imagine having something that is unrelated to anything else, and thus seemingly devoid of properties (particularly from the standpoint of buddhist philosophy where nothing can have an intrinsic essence and probably must derive its properties from its relations to other things as far as I get it)
