I was short as a kid and kind of short as an adult. I might have been deficient in some way.

I am low on food often but it is important to get nutrients rather than empty calories.

Some time in the future I am going to get Protein powder and a B-Complex.

Magnesium I already take.

These compounds work with B6 which I do not take yet:

zinc ---- selenium

...........B6...................

.....C------E..............

sulfur is said to be good for the liver and skin and nails,
So I take a sulfur compound as well.
At the hospital when I was sick they said I had a fatty liver.
My body mass index is 25.1

K2 and D3 is good for the bones (regulates calcium in the blood) but you need to absorb it to be effective.

omega 6 oil I have to ask the person at the health store the best way to take it.

You’ve evolved from an adult—what have you become?

I apparently had Vitamin D levels at a critical stage at one point in my 20s, and my nutritionist at the time (life saver) wondered how I was able to function. And I was—but not very well, had to admit, with anxiety disorder and a lot more doors closing rather than opening. Couldn’t get a job, a girlfriend, progress on my goals, bad relationships with my family and friends, low self-esteem and confidence—my trajectory changed when I started understanding my food and nutritional consumptions.

Goes without saying how important the food is that you eat. Everyone’s chasing money or good looks, and here I was prioritising food.

As they say, the cream will rise to the top, and I definitely believe that.

As someone who is into health and fitness, I relate to your post. I have spent much of my time in recent years looking into what a body needs for optimal health.

My takeaways:
Do your best to eat a varied whole food, high nutrient, minimally processed diet with every meal. Plant foods being pound for pound about the most nutritionally dense foods we can eat overall.
Take a good whole food multivitamin to fill the gaps.
Take a good D3, b12 and omega 3 supplement as they are highly important to body function and often times people don't get enough.

Here's to our health! It's one of the most important things we can pay attention to for positively affecting the rest of our lives as a whole.

Oh yeah plenty of good ones mentioned here already, definitely most of us are short on D3, mine was in the 20s when it was measured for some unrelated reason and it is apparently low in most people and responsible for at least some of the things we come down with. I see magnesium (glycinate esp) mentioned and several supplements, will advert one my aunt is a reseller for though [but not with any ad links for the mods] - Zinzino makes nice omega 3 replenishing oil which you can get in several flavors and which over time will bring your omega 3 level closer to where it should be. Can probably do a better job explaining this one when Merc is not Rx but it is good stuff.

Another good combo is to take (bromelain, NAC, Nattokinase, and curcumin) - quercetin can be helpful as well with these if you have had an mrna shot as it will undo/negate some of the toxic effects and generally acts as an anti-inflammatory.

As several of you pointed out active management of our health is now necessary just so we can keep up nowadays.

I have only been taking them for a day but I noticed my afternoon depression is almost gone.

I do not think it be the case for everyone since I might be nutrient deficient well others might not be and still have depression. It works for me.

I need to buy a blender - mixing the shake powder in milk with a spoon isn't working well.

Blending powders, making smoothies, or soup. Buy nice, or buy twice, or thrice.

That’s right...Vitamix.

If you are texture-sensitive, and only velvety cream will do, it delivers.

Powders, fruits, vegetables, all rendered without trace of particulate, graininess, seed, or texture aside from the uniform liquid smoothness.

I give it my highest recommendation.

Cheers,
Ian

Tbh, I have been taking random vitamins to the point that I kind of hate taking vitamins lol

But I do think some helped me out to not get sick.

The majority just made me gain weight and stopped me from eating more food.

I heard from someone that if you stay away from any pills, your body will be stronger. Don't know if it's true. But that guy never takes pills even when he's sick.
