I was short as a kid and kind of short as an adult. I might have been deficient in some way.

I am low on food often but it is important to get nutrients rather than empty calories.

Some time in the future I am going to get Protein powder and a B-Complex.

Magnesium I already take.

These compounds work with B6 which I do not take yet:

zinc ---- selenium

...........B6...................

.....C------E..............

sulfur is said to be good for the liver and skin and nails,
So I take a sulfur compound as well.
At the hospital when I was sick they said I had a fatty liver.
My body mass index is 25.1

K2 and D3 is good for the bones (regulates calcium in the blood) but you need to absorb it to be effective.

omega 6 oil I have to ask the person at the health store the best way to take it.

You’ve evolved from an adult—what have you become?

I apparently had Vitamin D levels at a critical stage at one point in my 20s, and my nutritionist at the time (life saver) wondered how I was able to function. And I was—but not very well, had to admit, with anxiety disorder and a lot more doors closing rather than opening. Couldn’t get a job, a girlfriend, progress on my goals, bad relationships with my family and friends, low self-esteem and confidence—my trajectory changed when I started understanding my food and nutritional consumptions.

Goes without saying how important the food is that you eat. Everyone’s chasing money or good looks, and here I was prioritising food.

As they say, the cream will rise to the top, and I definitely believe that.

Start eating those goji berries and spirulina shakes now
