Dear fellow INFJs,

I am an INFJ from Austria, Innsbruck region. My mother tongue is german, so my english is probably not perfect ;-)

I have been collecting important health tips over the years which I would like to share with you :)

The original list is in german, I translated the most important points and searched for a few english links / resources.

Please note that I do not sell any of these products and do not know where you can get these things / products in the USA. I did not post any affiliate links and do not earn a cent from anyone / any company mentioned here.

How to prevent common flus / colds 100%:
http://orthomolecular.org/resources/omns/v05n07.shtml
I tested this myself over the years exactly like this man did, works 100%. I use sodium ascorbate (pure, non GMO).
Dont get fooled by the "studies" of the damn drug companies (they either use far too low vitamine c dosages for their studies or their studies are technically flawed).
http://www.vitamincfoundation.org/surefire.shtml
http://www.doctoryourself.com/colds.html
You can increase the efficiency of this tip by using a sodium ascorbate nasal spray or a nasal irrigator AT THE FIRST SIGN of a cold/flu.
You can put 1 - 3 drops of manuka oil in the nasal irrigator, depending on the amount of water, shake well before using. Dont let the manuka oil get on the mucous membranes (most of it swims on top of the water, so stop irrigating before all water has gone through. Use the rest to gargle or in a fragrance lamp.) Only buy first class manuka oil.
OR add a certain amount of sodium ascorbate to the irrigation solution.

How to reduce caries to almost zero (given you eat healthy overall / good nutrition):
Use Xylitol (PURE, non GMO).
http://www.healingteethnaturally.co...ute-anti-caries-treatment-and-prevention.html
(Also check out Ullas other sites! Ulla runs healing teeth naturally. Her original sites are german.)
I use it in pure form like a mouthwash (and swallow afterwards, dont wash it off the teeth) or put it on my toothbrush. There are also xylitol toothpastes, but be very careful to pick one that does contain enough xylitol and no harmful substances like fluoride.
Xylitol reduced my caries by 98% or so ;-)
Of course major drug companies and dentists dont like this. So pharma companies regularly buy bunches of scientists who then make new studies which essentially say "its all mumbojumbo" - now thats really surprising, isnt it! Reminds me of their vitamine c studies ;-).
Regarding fluoride...DO NOT use fluoride in any product, it WILL harm you. Also be VERY careful with almost all other artificial sweeteners, MOST of them are harmful (for example aspartame). Xylitol is safe in small dosages, I just use it for mouthwash (and swallow it) or add it to brush (cant swallow it because I use a natural toothpaste then as well, lol). Works perfect this way :)

There are certain antibiotics which you should NEVER EVER take, especially all fluorquinolones:
http://www.cbgnetwork.org/4888.html
Mostly german, but also some english info there:
http://www.fluorchinolone.org/

Inform yourself about vitamine D3.
A very good "natural" product for D3 supplementation is probably the cod liver oil by green pastures:
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...&rh=i:aps,k:green+pastures&tag=infjsforums-21
It is said to be the best cod liver oil product on the market.

Inform yourself about iodine:
http://theiodineproject.webs.com/
The probably cheapest way to increase your iodine intake is lugols solution.
If you do not know if you have iodine deficiency (or too much iodine) there is a test.
Take this with an anorganic selenium product like "Natriumselenit". I guess the correct translation would be "sodium selenite". For example 100 or 200 mcg daily for maximum effect. Do not take selenium continuously, take it a few months, then pause. Then start taking it again etc.. If you want to take it continously you should get your selenium levels tested regularly. Do not take organic selenium, it can accumulate into the toxic range! Do not take selenium in the form of selenium yeast.

Dont buy or use cellphones, the radiation is harmful. You can use a "house telephone", but only if you pick a special one which DOES NOT continously emit radiation (hard to find I guess) and automatically adjusts radiation by distance. Still its better to use an old style cable telephone.

I suggest you carefully read
http://www.doctorsaredangerous.com
The book by Elaine is probably good:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/1490359796/?tag=infjsforums-21

NEVER EVER let a doctor reduce your turbinates ("turbinate reduction", "conchotomy", "turbinectomy", "turbinotomy", you better be alerted when you hear one of these words!). Be very careful when a doctor wants to remove nasal polyps or when you have any operation involving the nose, they might still reduce the turbinates "in one go". Make sure they DO NOT reduce your turbinates, you cannot get them back and the end result could be Empty Nose Syndrome, a devastating iatrogenic condition!

If you want to stop smoking, there is probably no easier way to achieve this than by using an electronic cigarette. You can also try to gradually reduce the nicotine dosage in the liquid to get off the nicotine completely. Even if you do not manage to get off the nicotine completely, at least you will reduce your intake of poisonous substances by 99,999% something compared to regular cigarettes. You will also save 50% of your money, at least in the long run.
The "trick" is that you can still smoke, you still get the nicotine and the "flash" and there is still a lot of manual and oral "action" involved, so basically "nothing will change", except 99,99% of the poison is gone and also the bad smell. Furthermore you can "smoke" everywhere, also in bars etc. and people wont mind, because the liquid in electronic cigarettes smells good :)
INFORM YOURSELF before purchasing a model and then buy a good starter kit. Unfortunately I do not know good english resources. There are a lot of mistakes a beginner can make, so inform yourself before you buy a starter kit or certain models. Do not get discouraged if you pick a lemon or if you make beginners mistakes, you WILL get away from regular cigarettes VERY easily if you find the right model and learn to avoid beginner mistakes :)

If you want to stop alcohol addiction, there is a substance called "Baclofen" in german which is supposed to work very, very good:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/0374532206/?tag=infjsforums-21

Check out the free book at www.naturesplatform.com by Jonathan Isbit. Do not underestimate the importance of squatting for your long term health!

Inform yourself about Earthing:
http://www.earthing.com/
Try it for yourself, for example by using the wrist bands.
You can also make your own device as Jonathan explains here:
http://www.naturesplatform.com/earthing.html

Check out green smoothies.

Circumcision is bad.

http://boldanddetermined.com/2011/10/20/10-reasons-to-stop-using-internet-porn/
www.yourbrainonporn.com

Other tips:
Read Lee Strobels "the case for a creator"
If you want to learn something about the afterlife, read books by
*Raymond A. Moody
*http://www.amazon.com/dp/1604591277/?tag=infjsforums-21
*Robert James Lees
*Gerda Johst ("the uncut jewel") http://www.buchbeschreibungen.com/english/gjb.php , might be hard to get though
*"My descent into death" by Howard Storm
Please note that 99,9999% of all "modern" esoteric books are complete garbage (they are just written to make money). The really valuable books are either old (long before the "esoteric boom") or from special authors not widely known!

Even more other tips:
If you have a car or anything that moves by burning gasoline / diesel (or even an oil heater) you can save quite a lot of fuel and greatly reduce pollution by using MPG caps by FFI. You have to condition the motor first before you measure savings, so READ THE MANUAL first. Most organizations who, lol, "test" the caps somehow fail to do this, I guess they cant read or something. Compare prices, pick the cheapest vendor!
I have been using these caps for years in my scooter and car. Also cleans motor, increases power and better winter start properties etc.. I use it mainly because I want to protect the environment.
I heard there is another product called "XMILE" or "X-Mile" which is also supposed to work (made from plant encymes).
Be careful, 99,something percent of "fuel saving" products dont work!!!!

Additional tips:
If you want good pens check out pentel energel bln15 and bl27
and schneider slider XB, I recommend the one with the SLIM body, here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000TKH3SS/?tag=infjsforums-21
(except if you like the one with the thicker body better)
The Schneiders are from germany and could be quite expensive in USA. Buy 1, try it, then buy a big package if you like :)

I am currently trying to find other INFJs in my area. Or ENFPs or whatever is supposed to be "compatible" to INFJs ;-). I know that this is going to be almost impossible though, as almost no one in Europe knows about the MBTI system or that it even exists, lol!

So far, best regards,

Too often we forget to take care of ourselves. Excellent post full of informative links. Thank you :)

Perhaps it is you that needs to bring more awareness of the MBTI system to your area ;) Good luck to you on your search. I have never met another INFJ face to face, but I do seem to be a magnet for INTJs :D There are many other types out there that we are compatible with.

Such a wonderful post! Thank you!

And yes, the ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate is a miracle worker!
My sister and my dad are taking it intravenous ^^ (they're both doctors)

Apparently it can cure cancer, reduce tumors and even make them disappear.

Alternative medicine is the REAL medicine.. Or think about it this way: in China, the best doctor is the one who has no patients.

Vielen Dank :)

Thankfully I'm in an area of the US where alternative medicine is a standard. The results of ascorbic acid are astounding with anything from physical ailments such as Cancer, wound healing, even weight loss, to mental diseases like dementia and Alzheimer's.
However much Vit C, or pure ascorbic acid you're taking, it's not enough! You cannot overdose on this.

Thank you for your posting :)
I would like to add that although injecting vitamine C intravenously is surely the most efficient way to deliver it to the body, I would not recommend this method to the average person. IMHO the average person should stick to taking vitamine C orally. This way, the body can take as much as it needs and expel the rest :)
LOL - I think if medicine would nowadays apply the old chinese custom of paying the doctor only if he cures the patient, most doctors would probably starve to death.
Free2be
I fear it is possible to overdose Vitamine C, but you would have to take extreme dosages to do so ;-) Or you could fall head on into a big vitamine C storage tank and cant pull your head out of the vitamine C anymore, or something like this, lol.
There exist other risks however, for example pure ascorbic acid is, as the name says, extremely acidic. Therefore I would not recommend taking pure ascorbic acid, if it gets on the teeth it will harm them almost immediately (so always rinse teeth with fresh water after you took pure ascorbic acid or drink through a straw to lead it past the teeth!), it may also harm the stomach (depending on how much water is in the mixture, too little water and it might be too acidic for the stomach to handle) and it can increase overall body acidity. That is why I recommend sodium ascorbate or some other form of "ph-neutral" vitamine C.
Furthermore it is important to make sure that the vitamine c is
a) PURE
b) contains no harmful additives
c) non GMO
d) preferrably produced by the old method "Reichstein-Synthese" (developed in the 1930s)
and
e) to drink A LOT of water after each "big dosage" (for example 0,5 liters). This way, the theoretical risk of developing kidney stones is eliminated. I wrote "theoretical risk" because you would have to take ridiculous dosages over a long period of time to develop kidney stones.

The "08/15" "east-asia" Vitamine C is usually produced by GMOs, sometimes has harmful additives, and is usually contaminated with at least trace amounts of heavy metals.

If you can "only" get good quality ascorbic acid, you can neutralize it yourself. Buy sodium bicarbonate. Keep ascorbic acid and sodium bicarbonate in separate containers for storage, do not mix them in "dry form", otherwise they will "bake together" and become one big lump. Then, mix 66% ascorbic acid powder with 33% sodium bicarbonate powder in a glass of water (use very little water, just enough to dissolve both substances, this way the reaction will work faster, you can add water later or drink it and then drink extra water). It will fizzle for a few minutes, and a small amount of either vitamine c or sodium bicarbonate will remain in the glass (you usually never get the perfect ratio ;-)). Drink it when the reaction is finished. It will be ph-neutral and wont harm you. Just remember to drink enough water afterwards. This method is often cheaper than buying "finished" sodium ascorbate :)

There is another probably important information I forgot to mention:
http://www.atlasprofilax.ch/en/
but I cannot take any responsibility for this information. Some people swear by it, some people report "no results" and some people claim they have been harmed (probably by bad practitioners, or these people had complicated problems in this area which were not taken into account, at least thats what I guess), so be careful. I personally am "corrected" since 2003 or so ;-)
You might be affected by this particular problem if you had any (upper) cervical spine trauma, for example by car or motorcycle accident etc., this can severely dislocate the atlas, which is already dislocated "a littlebit" in most people (reason: unknown, at least thats my last information in this regard). Of course, this can also happen by any other accident involving great force on the spine. Modern medicine does not seem to be able to identify this problem, or rather, it would be too expensive (to identify it a "Funktions-MRT" is needed, german term, this is a whole series of MRTs involving movement of this area, furthermore as almost everyone has a "slightly dislocated" atlas they have no comparison basis). The atlas dislocation problem could be caused by birth by suction cup, as the children usually have problems to "fit" through the birth channel. The deeper reason is the wrong birth posture, see www.naturesplatform.com, which reduces the birth channel by 20%. Another problem "modern medicine" does not want to acknowledge (...).
If you regularly go to a chiropractitioner and get good results after each "correction" you might consider getting your atlas fixed. This way, you only pay 1 time and not an unlimited amount of times. I do not endorse chiropractitioners. Their continously needed "corrections" tend to make the affected area more unstable over time. Go to an osteopath or if you suspect problems in the atlas area go to an Atlasprofilax practitioner. I recommended atlasprofilax to a woman who regularly went to a chiropractitioner and she is very grateful even years later that I told her about Atlasprofilax because she did not need any more corrections afterwards. The chiropractitioner however is probably not so happy as he now has one less customer ;-)

If you suffer from depression, I compiled a small list of possible causes for someone else at personalitycafe:

I would like to add one more link regarding the atlas story,
https://www.atlantotec.com/en/
They seem to be very professional. They might be a better choice than the atlasprofilax guys.

In the meantime I have come to the conclusion that Atlantotec is a much better choice than Atlasprofilax. I got an Atlantotec correction about 2 months ago and my severe back pain which started "out of the blue" in June 2015 disappeared within 2 months after my correction. I am now pain free and my whole posture improved a lot - all "by itself", without me doing anything. This can only mean that Atlasprofilax failed back in 2004, when they were supposed to center my Atlas. Well, back in 2004, Atlantotec did not exist, so I cannot blame myself. I picked the best choice available in 2004. I did not become suspicious until I got the back pain in June 2015, because this is "not supposed to happen" to someone who has a correctly centered Atlas. So I supposed that either my Atlas is not centered, or that the whole theory is garbage. Obviously, it was the former...

Oh and of course, in the meantime I found another great pen, the Pilot Greenball:

This does not really fit in here, but this might be an interesting read:

In the meantime Mr. Kupelian wrote two more books:
"How Evil Works: Understanding and Overcoming the Destructive Forces That Are Transforming America"
"The Snapping of the American Mind: Healing a Nation Broken by a Lawless Government and Godless Culture",

If you have a pollen allergy, consider getting this neat little device:
PollEx | Tri Tronic Team GmbH Bayreuth
You simply carry it around your neck (like a small piece of jewelry) and it ionizes the air so that pollen are drawn to the chain or other objects of opposite polarity and therefore do not enter your respiratory system. So it uses a simple physical effect to prevent pollen from entering your nose / lungs, and if no pollen get in there, you get no allergy symptoms.
Costs ca. 50 USD.
Runs on 1 AA battery.
Can also use rechargeable batteries. Produces almost no ozone (at least according to the manufacturer ;-)).
Please note that the description is german because the manufacturer is german.

Advice specifically for women:
If you are a woman, you HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE TO watch this as early as possible and ASAP:
The Truth About Sex: Facts You Won't Believe Are True! - YouTube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=um3EmS9DKsI
(Beware of this Molyneux guy however. There are rumors he may be some kind of sect leader (or wannabe sect leader). But if a sect leader says the sky is blue, I guess it is still blue, and the video is important...)
And this is why you should BEWARE of the so called "feminism" - sexual liberation and "empowerment" WILL UTTERLY DESTROY you. Read anti-feminist texts and read on mens rights sites and INFORM yourself before you embrace this "feminism"-ideology, because its a ruse, a trap, a deceit, specifically designed for women, and it WILL UTTERLY DESTROY YOU if you let it. Oh and of course you will become a murderer in notime (its called "abortion"), and the consequences are DIRE, because you will be held responsible by, believe it or not, a higher power, and no matter what feminist sh*t you dream up to justify the murder ("my belly is mine", lol...), this higher power will make sure you PAY DEARLY, no matter if you believe this or not. Read stories of women who had abortions and what happened to very many of them and their lives. And then think if you can call THAT sh*t "coincidence". I have only german links, so look it up yourself.

Makeup / lipsticks / most soaps and chemical stuff etc. damage the skin, most likely by design, so that women "have to" buy more makup to cover up the damage etc.. So use only "natural cosmetics".

Antiperspirants / Deodorants usually contain aluminum and this stuff extremely increases the breast cancer risk, so dont use these products, use only "natural cosmetics".

Wearing a bra prevents the lymph fluid from draining from the breasts, which increases the breast cancer risk considerably.
(I guess one could not make this sh*t up even if one wanted to, lol.)

Do not drink coca cola zero or light, it is MUCH more dangerous than "normal" coke. "Light products" make people fat...I dont want to explain why right now, too lazy :-D

So how should a woman act?
And the jump from “feminist” to “murderer” is quite abrupt wouldn't you say?
As for “paying” the supposed moral punishment for not adhering to the beliefs of someone else is unjust.
As is the idea of Hell.
The word “Hell” is Norse and doesn’t belong in the text at all (if you really want to look something up).
The God you are espousing in your rant is unjust and evil if he punishes people in such a lackadaisical manner, as he would not only have created Hell but would also have dominion thereof, and punishment of someone who has an incomplete picture of reality or what lies beyond would certainly raise questions of necessity and justness.
God is love…he doesn’t flood the earth and kill everyone….we shouldn’t have witch trials…how is what you are suggesting any less than making women subservient to men and wearing a face and head covering (don’t show any ankle!)?
