It's believed that when we see repetitive or repeating numbers that someone from the ethears is trying to give us a message of some sort.

Thanks Sandie, I looked up the general angel numbers for each combination but I knew that you or jkxx would have a more comprehensive answer.
12-3 pm I'm usually meditating...at least by 1 on some days.
At night those same hours, I generally "sleep" from 12-2:30 or 3 then I wake up and toss and turn until about 5 when I get up.
I do have an upcoming appointment with the sleep specialist, so maybe it's a positive sign that they'll be able to do something helpful?
No too sure how she will keep me asleep past so many hours due to the pain without needing breathing assistance lmao.
But, fingers crossed.
If it's a message from me to myself, then it must be something to do with meditating or what is going on while meditating perhaps?

If people have taken the time to spiritually and emotionally prepare themselves, those altered and elevated states of consciousness no matter how they are induced (mushrooms, meditation, fasting, praying, yoga, repeated blows to the head) are all the more powerful and meaningful.

I'm working on understanding Contra-dependence in myself. It seems, like all things, dependence runs on a spectrum of sorts. Co-dependency, dependency, interdependency, and contra-dependency of ourself and other people, places and things.
Shadow work is deeply enlightening if approached with an open heart and mind.
After all, we are human, ehe? Accepting that is key to the doors of much information.

I appreciate that you're there if I need a good vent ♡ I'm just so used to handling what life throws at me on my own it's often difficult to reach out, ya know? This whole chapter with the Dad reads like one of those Scooby mysteries, one where I think I know who the ghost is only to see it replaced anew around the corner. lol.
I have thought about alternative treatments. One of my Girls is having a 60th birthday Wine and Paint party Sunday afternoon. I have an adult Franzia sippy box and straw all prepared,
even bought a plastic toss away cloth just incase my paint gets tipsy. The last time I got wadded up and painted a picture it turned into quite the abstract. I'm sleeping over her house and have Dad covered just incase he needs something while I can't drive. She asked me to lead a Seance for her party goers and I told her it's more fun to do that kind of thing on they fly rather than all gather at a table. Should be loads of fun either way.I did pick up the "•*•" meaning ... things might get buzzy at the party
