Even by the standards of arms deals between the United States and Saudi Arabia, this one was enormous. A consortium of American defense contractors led by Boeing would deliver $29 billion worth of advanced fighter jets to the United States' oil-rich ally in the Middle East.
Israeli officials were agitated, reportedly complaining to the Obama administration that this substantial enhancement to Saudi air power risked disrupting the region's fragile balance of power. The deal appeared to collide with the State Department’s documented concerns about the repressive policies of the Saudi royal family.
But now, in late 2011, Hillary Clinton’s State Department was formally clearing the sale, asserting that it was in the national interest. At a press conference in Washington to announce the department’s approval, an assistant secretary of state, Andrew Shapiro, declared that the deal had been “a top priority” for Clinton personally. Shapiro, a longtime aide to Clinton since her Senate days, added that the “U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army have excellent relationships in Saudi Arabia.”
These were not the only relationships bridging leaders of the two nations. In the years before Hillary Clinton became secretary of state, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contributed at least $10 million to the Clinton Foundation, the philanthropic enterprise she has overseen with her husband, former president Bill Clinton. Just two months before the deal was finalized, Boeing -- the defense contractor that manufactures one of the fighter jets the Saudis were especially keen to acquire, the F-15 -- contributed $900,000 to the Clinton Foundation, according to a company press release.
The Saudi deal was one of dozens of arms sales approved by Hillary Clinton’s State Department that placed weapons in the hands of governments that had also donated money to the Clinton family philanthropic empire, an International Business Times investigation has found.
Under Clinton's leadership, the State Department approved $165 billion worth of commercial arms sales to 20 nations whose governments have given money to the Clinton Foundation, according to an IBTimes analysis of State Department and foundation data. That figure -- derived from the three full fiscal years of Clinton’s term as Secretary of State (from October 2010 to September 2012) -- represented nearly double the value of American arms sales made to the those countries and approved by the State Department during the same period of President George W. Bush’s second term.
The Clinton-led State Department also authorized $151 billion of separate Pentagon-brokered deals for 16 of the countries that donated to the Clinton Foundation, resulting in a 143 percent increase in completed sales to those nations over the same time frame during the Bush administration. These extra sales were part of a broad increase in American military exports that accompanied Obama’s arrival in the White House.
American defense contractors also donated to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state and in some cases made personal payments to Bill Clinton for speaking engagements. Such firms and their subsidiaries were listed as contractors in $163 billion worth of Pentagon-negotiated deals that were authorized by the Clinton State Department between 2009 and 2012.
The State Department formally approved these arms sales even as many of the deals enhanced the military power of countries ruled by authoritarian regimes whose human rights abuses had been criticized by the department. Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar all donated to the Clinton Foundation and also gained State Department clearance to buy caches of American-made weapons even as the department singled them out for a range of alleged ills, from corruption to restrictions on civil liberties to violent crackdowns against political opponents.
As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton also accused some of these countries of failing to marshal a serious and sustained campaign to confront terrorism. In a December 2009 State Department cable published by Wikileaks, Clinton complained of “an ongoing challenge to persuade Saudi officials to treat terrorist financing emanating from Saudi Arabia as a strategic priority.” She declared that “Qatar's overall level of CT cooperation with the U.S. is considered the worst in the region.” She said the Kuwaiti government was “less inclined to take action against Kuwait-based financiers and facilitators plotting attacks.” She noted that “UAE-based donors have provided financial support to a variety of terrorist groups.” All of these countries donated to the Clinton Foundation and received increased weapons export authorizations from the Clinton-run State Department.

Freedom Watch’s Larry Klayman filed a Racketeering lawsuit against Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation on Wednesday. The lawsuit was filed in Florida, which includes a request to have the Florida judge seize the personal server on which former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her staff hosted their emails while she served in the State Department. Klayman has been known for filing lawsuits against the Clintons and other established politicians. The Clinton Foundation faces a RICO case. The case alleges the former first family and their foundation traded favors from international leaders for large donations or generous speaking fees. The suit was filed before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Civil Action No. 9:15-cv-80388.

Klayman claims that the Clintons, through both mail and wire fraud, misappropriated documents which he was entitled to under the Freedom of Information Act regarding Hillary Clinton’s involvement in leaking Irsaeli cyber-warfare plans and practices. Hillary Clinton orchestrated this release to harm and thwart Israeli plans to preemptively attack Iranian nuclear sites to stop the Islamic nation's march to producing atomic weapons. Klayman issued another FOIA request calling for the release of Hillary Clinton and other State Department’s records which relate to the granting of waivers for persons, companies, countries, and other interests to do business with Iran, in an attempt to undermine the economic sanctions.
Klayman issued a statement relating to the lawsuit against the Clinton Foundation. "This is the first and only hard-hitting case to address the growing email scandal. What Hillary Clinton, her husband, and their foundation have done is nothing new. It is simply part of a criminal enterprise which dates back at least 10 years, all designed to enrich themselves personally at the expense of the American people and our nation. It's time, however, that they finally be held legally accountable." The current email scandal is attempting to cover up evidence of the Clinton cash crimes and other related crimes by losing emails that would incriminate the former first family.
Klayman is asking the U.S. District Court to bring in a neutral forensic expert to take control of the private email server and preserve the official U.S. Government records relating to the conduct of foreign policy during Clinton’s time as Secretary of State. Hillary Clinton handed over 55,000 printed pages of emails to the State Department in November of last year and reportedly erased the remaining records off her private server.

In the year prior to the deadly 2012 Benghazi attack, Hillary Clinton used her private email server to correspond about such highly sensitive national security matters as specific threats to the Libya hotel where Ambassador Chris Stevens was staying as well as his decision to remain at the hotel despite the threats.
The emails, released May 22 by the State Department, also contained the exact movements of Stevens while he was stationed in arguably one of the most dangerous zones in the world for any American diplomat, a WND review has found.
On April 24, 2011, Clinton’s senior aide, Huma Abedin, forwarded to Clinton’s personal email an internal State email from that same day written by Timmy Davis and sent to Abedin as well as to the State email addresses of other employees, including Clinton’s then-foreign policy aide, Jacob Sullivan.
The email cited a local report stating hotels in Benghazi were being targeted.
The email, which ran through Clinton’s personal server, stated the interim Libyan government “conducted a raid on a house/storage facility and found and arrested an Egyptian cell reportedly there for the purpose of attacking hotels.”
Despite the threat, the email revealed Stevens “still feels comfortable in the hotel,” meaning the email exposed that the ambassador would continue to stay there.

“They are looking into the idea of moving into a villa, but that is some way off,” the email continued. “Based on discussion with DS yesterday, the hotel remains the safest location.”
Startlingly, the email contained information about Stevens’ exact movements, including that he “will be meeting with MFA in one hour and will make a written request for better security at the hotel and for better security-related coordination.”
On June 10, 2011, Sullivan sent an email to Clinton’s personal address informing that “there is credible threat info against the hotel that our team is using – and the rest of the Intl community is using, for that matter.”
That email divulged: “DS going to evacuate our people to alt locations. Info suggested attack in next 24-48 hours. Will keep you posted.”

NEW YORK – More than 100 pages of previously classified Department of Defense and Department of State documents implicate the Obama administration in a cover-up to obscure the role Hillary Clinton and the State Department played in the rise of ISIS.
The documents were obtained in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the Washington watchdog Judicial Watch.
They confirm WND reporting over the past three years of evidence that U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens was involved in shipping weapons from Benghazi to support the al-Qaida-affiliated militias fighting the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria, effectively arming the Sunni jihadists who morphed into ISIS.
The documents further confirm WND reporting that the goal of the terrorists behind the Benghazi attack that killed Stevens was to force the release of Omar Abdul Rahman, the “blind sheik” in U.S. prison serving a life sentence for his involvement in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, and to avenge death of a prominent Libyan al-Qaida leader killed by a U.S. drone strike in Pakistan.
“These documents are jaw-dropping,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “No wonder we had to file more FOIA lawsuits and wait over two years for them.”
Fitton referenced in particular a Defense Department document from the Defense Intelligence Agency, DIA, dated Sept. 12, 2012. It documents that the attack on the Benghazi compound had been carefully planned by the al-Qaida and Muslim Brotherhood-linked Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman, BOCAR, which aimed “to kill as many Americans as possible.”
The document, dated the day after the Benghazi attack, was sent to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Obama White House National Security Council.

“These documents also point to connection between the collapse in Libya and the ISIS war – and confirm that the U.S. knew remarkable details about the transfer of arms from Benghazi to Syrian jihadists,” Fitton stated.
He said the documents “show that the Benghazi cover-up has continued for years and is only unraveling through our independent lawsuits.”
“The Benghazi scandal just got a whole lot worse for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton,” Fitton said.
Plan to release the blind sheik
The heavily redacted Defense Department “information report” provides additional evidence for a WND article Jan. 27 reporting that James “Ace” Lyons – a former four-star admiral who served as the commander in chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet and a founding member of the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi – proposed that the attack was an Obama administration-orchestrated kidnapping attempt that went “terribly wrong.”
Lyons speculated that the Obama administration wanted to give the al-Qaida-affiliated rebels operating in conjunction with the Libyan Muslim Brotherhood an opportunity to kidnap Stevens and exchange him for the blind Sheik. The purpose of the plan, Lyons says, may have been to furnish the Obama administration with a pretext to justify to the American public the release of the blind sheik to then-Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, complying with a request Morsi made in his 2012 acceptance speech on becoming president of Egypt.
The Department of Defense documents released by Judicial Watch further reveals that a-Qaida chief Ayman al-Zawahiri sent BCOAR leader Abdul Baset, AZUZ, into Libya to seek revenge “for the U.S. killing of Aboyahiye (ALALIBY) in Pakistan.”
The documents provide additional evidence for a 2013 WND story reporting the Benghazi attack was in response to Zawahiri’s request to avenge the U.S. drone killing of Libyan al-Qaida leader Abu Yahya al-Libi in Pakistan’s Waziristan tribal area June 4, 2012.
CIA ‘not well organized’ narrative disputed
The newly released DOD and State Department documents also differ from the account of the Benghazi attack Michael Morell, the recently retired CIA deputy director, gives in his current book, “The Great War of Our Time.” On Page 206, he argues that viewing a CIA video of the Benghazi attack made in “real time” caused him to conclude that “with little or no advance planning, extremists in Benghazi made some phone calls, gathered a group of like-minded individuals to go to the TMF.”
In Morell’s narrative, the 9/11 Benghazi attack “was not well organized” but “seemed to be more of a mob that had come to the TMF with the intent of breaching the compound and seeing what damage they could do.”
“When you assess the information from the video, there are few signs of a well-thought-out plan, few signs of command and control, few signs of organization, few signs of even the most basic military tactics in the attack on the TMF,” Morrell said.
“Some of the attackers were armed with small arms; many were not armed at all. No heavy weapons were seen on the videotape,” Morell continued. “Many of the attackers, after entering through the front gate, ran past buildings to the other end of the compound, behaving as if they were thrilled just to have overrun the compound. They did not appear to be looking for Americans to harm. They appeared intent on looting and conducting vandalism.”
Morell stressed that the Obama administration, despite his objections to the contrary, has refused to make available for public viewing the yet classified CIA “real time” video of the Benghazi attack.
Weapons shipped to Syria
Judicial Watch also noted the DOD documents released this week contain the first official documentation that the Obama administration knew that weapons were being shipped from the Port of Benghazi to rebel troops in Syria.
An October 2012 DOD report confirmed:

NEW YORK – More than 100 pages of previously classified Department of Defense and Department of State documents implicate the Obama administration in a cover-up to obscure the role Hillary Clinton and the State Department played in the rise of ISIS.
The documents were obtained in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the Washington watchdog Judicial Watch.
They confirm WND reporting over the past three years of evidence that U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens was involved in shipping weapons from Benghazi to support the al-Qaida-affiliated militias fighting the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria, effectively arming the Sunni jihadists who morphed into ISIS.
The documents further confirm WND reporting that the goal of the terrorists behind the Benghazi attack that killed Stevens was to force the release of Omar Abdul Rahman, the “blind sheik” in U.S. prison serving a life sentence for his involvement in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, and to avenge death of a prominent Libyan al-Qaida leader killed by a U.S. drone strike in Pakistan.
“These documents are jaw-dropping,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “No wonder we had to file more FOIA lawsuits and wait over two years for them.”
Fitton referenced in particular a Defense Department document from the Defense Intelligence Agency, DIA, dated Sept. 12, 2012. It documents that the attack on the Benghazi compound had been carefully planned by the al-Qaida and Muslim Brotherhood-linked Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman, BOCAR, which aimed “to kill as many Americans as possible.”
The document, dated the day after the Benghazi attack, was sent to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Obama White House National Security Council.

Plan to release the blind sheik
The heavily redacted Defense Department “information report” provides additional evidence for a WND article Jan. 27 reporting that James “Ace” Lyons – a former four-star admiral who served as the commander in chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet and a founding member of the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi – proposed that the attack was an Obama administration-orchestrated kidnapping attempt that went “terribly wrong.”
Lyons speculated that the Obama administration wanted to give the al-Qaida-affiliated rebels operating in conjunction with the Libyan Muslim Brotherhood an opportunity to kidnap Stevens and exchange him for the blind Sheik. The purpose of the plan, Lyons says, may have been to furnish the Obama administration with a pretext to justify to the American public the release of the blind sheik to then-Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, complying with a request Morsi made in his 2012 acceptance speech on becoming president of Egypt.
The Department of Defense documents released by Judicial Watch further reveals that a-Qaida chief Ayman al-Zawahiri sent BCOAR leader Abdul Baset, AZUZ, into Libya to seek revenge “for the U.S. killing of Aboyahiye (ALALIBY) in Pakistan.”
The documents provide additional evidence for a 2013 WND story reporting the Benghazi attack was in response to Zawahiri’s request to avenge the U.S. drone killing of Libyan al-Qaida leader Abu Yahya al-Libi in Pakistan’s Waziristan tribal area June 4, 2012.
CIA ‘not well organized’ narrative disputed
The newly released DOD and State Department documents also differ from the account of the Benghazi attack Michael Morell, the recently retired CIA deputy director, gives in his current book, “The Great War of Our Time.” On Page 206, he argues that viewing a CIA video of the Benghazi attack made in “real time” caused him to conclude that “with little or no advance planning, extremists in Benghazi made some phone calls, gathered a group of like-minded individuals to go to the TMF.”
In Morell’s narrative, the 9/11 Benghazi attack “was not well organized” but “seemed to be more of a mob that had come to the TMF with the intent of breaching the compound and seeing what damage they could do.”
“When you assess the information from the video, there are few signs of a well-thought-out plan, few signs of command and control, few signs of organization, few signs of even the most basic military tactics in the attack on the TMF,” Morrell said.
“Some of the attackers were armed with small arms; many were not armed at all. No heavy weapons were seen on the videotape,” Morell continued. “Many of the attackers, after entering through the front gate, ran past buildings to the other end of the compound, behaving as if they were thrilled just to have overrun the compound. They did not appear to be looking for Americans to harm. They appeared intent on looting and conducting vandalism.”
Morell stressed that the Obama administration, despite his objections to the contrary, has refused to make available for public viewing the yet classified CIA “real time” video of the Benghazi attack.
Weapons shipped to Syria
Judicial Watch also noted the DOD documents released this week contain the first official documentation that the Obama administration knew that weapons were being shipped from the Port of Benghazi to rebel troops in Syria.
An October 2012 DOD report confirmed:
Weapons from the former Libya military stockpiles were shipped from the port of Benghazi, Libya to the Port of Banias and the Port of Borj Islam, Syria. The weapons shipped during late-August 2012 were Sniper rifles, RPGs, and 125 mm and 155mm howitzers missiles.

ISI could also declare an Islamic state through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, which will create grave danger in regards to unifying Iraq and the protection of its territory.
Judicial Watch commented that some of the “dire consequences” are blacked out but the DIA presciently warned one such consequence would be the “renewing facilitation of terrorist elements from all over the Arab world entering into Iraqi Arena.”

My concern is this. There have been people who have gone into politics wanting to change things for the better. Wanting to create a government that is in benefit to the people. Im not talking abiut things that ultimately hurt a majority of people while helping a few in the process like Obamacare. Im talking about protecting a way of life and making an area of the world where people are able to pursue their dreams free of fear from darkness in the world. Slavery, oppression, socialism to put a few names on it. Anything that hinders peoples freedom.
But once you get into government as an individual you recognize quickly you will accomplish nothing with out becoming part of a group or groups. Scratch my back Ill scratch yours. I just dont see a solution to it all. And so we are stuck on our downslide to the fall of America.
Im not sure when they figured it out but liberals have taken over our school system, media and government in a way that allows them to spread their misinformation and ideals to further their cause by leaps and bounds over the last decades starting with the Clintons. Its amazing how many politicians should be in jail right now but are not due to this.

The projects — creating floating hospitals to treat Libya’s war wounded and temporary housing for displaced people, and building schools — would have required State Department permits, but foundered before the business partners could seek official approval.
Quite the business model. Bomb countries into oblivion, then make money building hospitals and temporary housing for displaced people. You can’t make this up.
It is not clear whether Mrs. Clinton or the State Department knew of Mr. Blumenthal’s interest in pursuing business in Libya; a State Department spokesman declined to say. Many aspects of Mr. Blumenthal’s involvement in the planned Libyan venture remain unclear. He declined repeated requests to discuss it.
Of course he did.
“We were thinking, ‘O.K., Qaddafi is dead, or about to be, and there’s opportunities,’ ” Mr. White said in a brief telephone interview. He added, “We thought, ‘Let’s try to see who we know there.’ ”
Mr. White declined to answer follow-up questions about what role Mr. Blumenthal was playing in the business venture. He didn’t even have the decency to admit where the information was coming from, since Mr. Blumenthal was specifically banned by the Obama Administration from serving under Hillary in an official capacity. The above certainly explains why American foreign policy is such a dangerous joke, but it gets even worse. It appears the entire time Blumenthal was providing the State Department with inaccurate, crony and clownish “intelligence” on Libya, he was earning $10,000 per month from the Clinton Foundation. To recap the whole situation: In 2011 and 2012, Hillary Clinton, as secretary of state, used an off-books email account to discuss national policy with a private citizen who might have been violating the law by participating in the conversation, who had a related business interest (though not a “financial interest”?) in the subject of his advice that he may or may not have disclosed to the government, and who was simultaneously employed in a questionable “full-time” capacity at significant expense to a nonprofit that has been accused of acting as the bag man for a Clintonian influence-peddling operation.

While the U.S. news media on Sunday breathlessly cover the federal criminal charges against former U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Dennis Hastert, a Republican who allegedly attempted to hide more than three million bucks he paid out to conceal past sexual misconduct, the same media outlets are quick to drop -- or ignore -- any stories that might politically harm America's own version of a royal family: the Clintons.
A perfect example of U.S. media amnesia is a news story being covered overseas or by Internet news/commentary web sites regarding allegations that former President Bill Clinton visited one of his super-rich pals, convicted pedophile and professional cad Jeffrey Epstein, at his so-called “orgy island.” A teenager who slept with a number of Epstein's guests claims that the former U.S. Commander in Chief arrived at Epstein's sexual-fantasy island with two teenaged girls from New York City. According to the now 31-year-old woman, she was a bright-eyed teenager at the time she met former President -- and wannabe First Gentleman -- Clinton, and she is quick to admit she did not personally have sex with him, but that other youngsters her age were provided to him.
Virginia Roberts, who’s accused the ultra-wealthy Epstein of turning her into a “sex slave” while still a teenager, has told European and Internet reporters that Jeffrey Epstein forced her and other teens to have sex with his powerful guests. She claims that Clinton stayed in one of the many villas on Epstein’s U.S. Virgin Islands estate, where sex orgies were as common as handshaking.
“I remember asking Jeffrey, ‘What’s Bill Clinton doing here?’ kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said, ‘Well, he owes me a favor,’ ” Roberts told her lawyers in deposition. “He never told me what favors they were.”
Roberts says she was introduced to Epstein by Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of disgraced British media mogul Robert Maxwell. In 1991, Maxwell's lifeless body was mysteriously found at sea after going missing from his yacht. British news outlets claimed he was billions of dollars in debt at the time.
"Slick Willie" -- the nickname given to Clinton by conservatives -- was accompanied by two of Epstein’s "regulars and two young girls that I could identify,” Roberts claimed. “I never really knew them well [sic] anyways. It was just two girls from New York,” she said.
Bill Clinton took repeated trips on the private passenger jet owned by Epstein with a porn movie actress identified in Epstein's records under an entry for "massages," according to flight logbooks obtained by Gawker. The logs also allegedly revealed that Clinton had flown about a dozen time with a woman who federal prosecutors had investigated as a woman who recruited underage girls for Epstein's "kiddie stable" and that she acted as a possible co-conspirator" in his sex crimes.
Several law enforcement officers who specialize in sex crimes and pedophilia believe this whole sexual-fantasy-island is a perfect example of political hypocrisy. "Here you have a bunch of teenagers being sexually exploited by so-called liberals like Clinton, Epstein, and attorney Alan Dershowitz who calls American conservatives of unequal treatment of women. These were children, for crying out loud. These supposed pillars of the community took advantage of children," scolds former detective and sex crimes unit member Isabel Cortez. "What is equally disturbing is how the so-called unbiased news media ignored the Clinton story on Epstein's sexual Disneyland and no one even asks Hillary Clinton about her connection to Jeffrey Epstein," Det. Cortex added.
According to Epstein's flight manifest, Clinton flew on the billionaire's private Boeing 727, which actually had a special bedroom for kinky. “It was a lot of the same things that went down on the ground,” she claimed. “There would be sexual conduct; there would be foreplay. There was a bed in there, so we could basically re-enact exactly what happened in the house. It would start off with massaging or we would start off with foreplay. Sometimes it would lead to, you know, orgies,” said Roberts.
While the Clinton surrogates jumped into their "damage-control mode" and attacked yet another in a long list of "bimbo eruptions," Roberts frequently told reporters and talk show hosts that she never had sex with that man... But the stunning young woman said she was involved in group sex with Epstein, British royal family member Prince Andrew, as well as eight other teen girls. And she did call Epstein "a pimp for his prominent pals" and that he would brag about gathering information on people such as Bill Clinton is case he needed to blackmail them later, Roberts alleged in a new affidavit. “Epstein required me to describe the sexual events that I had with these men, presumably so that he could potentially blackmail them,” she added.

The United States significantly increased exports of chemical and biological weapons to authoritarian African and Middle Eastern governments during popular uprisings that swept the region in early 2011, according to a report.
During the roughly two years of Arab Spring protests, the US State Department, under Hillary Clinton, approved $66 million worth of so-called Category 14 exports--defined as "toxicological agents, including chemical agents, biological agents and associated equipment"--to nine Middle Eastern and African governments, whose affiliated groups were stocking Clinton family interests with cash, The International Business Times reports.
That represented a 50 percent increase in such export approvals to the same authoritarian governments over the two years prior to the Arab Spring, according to the report, which is based on a review of State Department documents.
Most notably, the documents reveal, the Clinton’s State Department cleared Egypt to continue purchasing arms Washington classified as "toxicological agents,” at a time when Hosni Mubarak’s forces were widely using tear gas, a toxicological agent, as part of their bloody crackdown against protesters demanding his ouster.
The arms sales came as a group closely associated with the Mubarak regime paid Bill Clinton, Hillary’s husband and former US president, a $250,000 speaking fee in 2010, and in 2012, a firm associated with the company that produced tear gas for Egyptian security forces, paid $100,000 to $250,000 for another Bill Clinton speech.
In 2010, just months before the Egyptian revolution, the State Department’s export authorizations to Mubarak government for chemical and biological agents saw a 38 percent increase, according to the documents reviewed by IBTimes.
Algeria received more than $6 million worth of State Department authorizations for chemical and biological weapons in fiscal 2009, of which $5.8 million were for items classified as “tear gases and riot control agents.”
The next year, the Algerian government, whose security forces used tear gas on Arab Spring protesters in the capital, gave $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation, the report said.
Also in 2010, Clinton’s first full fiscal year in office, Saudi Arabia was authorized to receive $18 million worth of chemical and biological arms. Riyadh, one of the Clinton Foundation’s largest donors, had received less than $5 million in such authorizations in 2008 and 2009.
Other countries that saw an increase in State Department export authorizations for chemical and biological agents during Clinton’s tenure were Bahrain, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
