Death Penalty For Marijuana In Malaysia

The calm voice of reason.
Well done that man.

Back to the OP to declare capital punishment barbaric may be true but one must see the necessity in having it.

Does the punishment fit the crime? By western standards not even in the same ballpark but as far as I see it:
I am a US citizen living in my country of origin(US)
I am a 20 year old poor college student whom does not have any power to sway a town selectmen let alone an entire government of a foreign country
My priorities lie in me getting through with what I have, if I were to stop for every travesty I see I would never accomplish any goals I have set for myself

Moral of the story: You wanna smoke pot, do it in Amsterdam not Malaysia

Malaysia needs to know how much better and more right we are than they are.

If you want to do that all the power to ya. I'll keep my neck down on this one as there are bigger fish to fry in my mind.

Tell me: I wonder...
Why an avatar of a dopey-looking cartoon character who is picking his nose?
Naturally, I see what I see, in that.
But what do you see?
If you're trying to belittle my intelligence because of my Simpsons avatar, then I honestly have nothing more to say to you. Don't be surprised if I ignore your responses to my posts. It's not because I took this as an insult, but because it demonstrates your lack of respect. If you see me as a dopey-looking cartoon character, then so be it.

Edit: Not to mention, you've been changing the subject, ignoring my questions of you, and providing straw man arguments throughout this thread. Can't ignore your liberal use of red herrings as well.

In other news, I find it funny that people say pot doesn't kill; it most obviously does. This guy is proof.

By the way, I was making a joke when I said this.

Beyond a certain minimum of respect we would do well to accord to everyone,
whatever respect lies beyond that, is earned by the deeds of each individual.
I know very little about you, and do not presume to.
I observe what I see.
I crow about it.

Please feel free to not respond to me.
That is certainly one way of achieving the appearance of peace.
Respond if you must, and say what you like.
But be aware, I will not engage in conflict.
If that is your aim, you might wish to take aim at a more likely target.

But you were absolutely right about one thing:
Pot can kill. You said it better than anyone.

Reminds me of Star Wars episode 1.

"You were right about one thing, master. The negotiations were short."
