Cool thread. I usually like vegetables better when they're raw. The ones I like the most are:

Broccoli
Carrots
Cucumbers (well they're always eaten raw)
Celery
Tomatoes
Bell peppers, all colors
Spinach (in a salad)
Basil (in a salad)
Fennel
Cabbage
Red cabbage
Bokchoy

Ahi well sort of raw. Wonderful.

In the summer there is always an abundance of home grown food around. Tomatoes are divine with a little salt and pepper, cucumbers too.

brocolli, Carrots, Apples, bananas, cauliflower, lettuce, walnuts, kiwi

When i was 15 i lived in a small mining village in barnsley. There were loads of allotments that we used to "raid".

The biggest surprise were leeks. Pulled fresh out of the ground and eaten as is. They. Are. Delicious!

I'm thinking a raw food diet would be great.
I just wonder how many of these foods are genetically modified already!

There is currently no required label for GMOs...
Scary shit.

I'm pretty partial to avocados, oysters, sushi/sashimi, smoked salmon and most of the fruits. Sometimes raw can be delicious.

Raw lychees right off the tree are delicious. Strawberries too.
