Hey hey

I have a question for anyone who may have an idea. Tag people if you think they might be able to help. :)

Basically, I want to make a website. Easy enough.
However, I want it to be about things I am not comfortable talking about in 'real life'.
When I register a domain, it mentions the WHOIS register.

I don't want breaking my anonymity to be as simple as Googling my full name.
It's the people who know me I am hiding from, not the internet at large as such.

Also, I don't want to use a fake name and have no right to any of my content.

What to do? What to do?!

Thanks in advance!

Heroku is decent, if you don't need it to be fast (not sure how fast it is if you pay for it)... not sure if git is the only way to get the files up there though, may not be newb (not pejorative) friendly or fast to upload new content w/o custom apps.

As for a good host Try MDDhosting their a smaller high quality host and they'll treat you right.

What you want to do is buy privacy protection from a domain register (name, name cheap, godaddy), will offer an option called privacy protection which will hide your name and info behind a company name. Its a really common service many registers will even throw it in for free. You buy it along with buying a domain.

Yeah, that sounds like what I want.
Strange, I didn't see that option before.

Thanks for the hosting suggestion too :)
