A Johari/Nohari window is simply a psychological map used to help individuals see how others view themselves. I think this is superbly interesting so...yeah. Answer my Johari/Nohari windows! You should also make one for yourself!

The Johari/Nohari is an interesting way to see good/bad qualities in yourself and compare them to how others see you, since they can go to your Johari/Nohari and pick out how they see you.
