Another introvert will likely appreciate the fact that you even know the definition of the word introvert.
Apart from that my suggestion is to be who you are and honor where you're at on life's journey. If these things are important to you and an important part of your identity then honor that.

People will choose how they feel about the stories told based on the storyteller and how he/she tells it.

I'd let potential dates know you're an introvert. It will filter out people who aren't a good match for you.
Unfortunately, I'd leave out the INFJ part because the popularity of the "INFJ" as "rare" has made the word a red flag for self-absorbed people who believe they are "special" but probably aren't.
