  • Yep, procrastination is a funny thing. I think for me it's grounded in a fear of failure and of course, that INFJ thing... overriding perfectionism. Well, here's hoping we'll both beat it some day! Take care and thanks for the rep! :D
Oh thank you, good evening to you too. So far my day was truly stress free, i hope yours was the same.
Thank you again and have a wonderful day. :)
I went for a good, hard run today. That always helps clear the cobwebs. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers
Hi! Thanks for the little update and kind wishes. :D I'm good! Busy days are here and I'm super, super, super tired. I hope you are good too and that you have an excellent day ahead. Until next time, my dear!
Exactly ... a Light Bulb. At first I just think of simple stuff and then ... poww ... an idea for digging. I remember that one night, even though I tired, I could not fall asleep for a whole night, because I was thinking about a certain thing. A one point i even got out of my bed and sat down on the table in order to dig into it further. Crazy isn't it? If you have the same problem, how do you cope with it? I usually have a schedule and these things turn it upside down.
Wow you are unbelievably kind. Don't get me wrong but it seems to me that is a little but unnatural.
About the Basketball, well I love it and I play it when I get the chance. which unfortunately does not happen very often. I have much bigger interest than just playing ball. I am interested in way to much things to be honest. From religion, to psychology, to philosophy in a way, to society's "strange" habits, to modern media and its effect on society, to music production and ,can you imagine, the Video Game as a form of art :D. I probably look like a jack of all trade :D.

What is more amusing right now is that I do not sleep.

Just a question of pure curiosity. Did you ever had this feeling that you can not sleep, because you come to an idea that you have felt you have to dig in it?
Oh thank you, you are very kind. Unfortunately when you wrote "have a good day" in my case has to be something like a "have a good night" :d. My nickname Shaqie comes from the days when I practiced Basketball. Since I am pretty tall and large everyone started calling me Shaquille O'Neil, witch later became Shaqie. I have decided to just stick with it, because it is the first nickname that has ever been given to me and I kind of appreciate it.

May I ask how you became so interested in the MBIT and Psychology in general?
Hi there again! No worries on delay in responding. Life is busy :) I love that quote by Warren Eckstein. It has now been added to the collection! I also like to save images and music videos and such. Thanks for reading my posts. I hope things are going well and that you are enjoying your kitties. I know mine are doing crazy stuff these days. LOL
Hello Dr. Holly, and thank you very much. All my favorite colors tend to fall between blue, purple, red, and pink (except for emeralds of course). I really like what I studied in college - I basically just took all the classes I found interesting. It sounds like you've had quite a colorful life. Hopefully you can find many friends here.
=) I read your about me section. Your dedication to compassion is so admirable. You keep up the good work too!
    Hello again, my dear. :m161:

Thank you again for your kind words and compliments! Of course, you seem very sincere and trustworthy, so what you said did exponentially brighten my day! "...a really delicious ice cold glass of lemonade on a really hot day - very refreshing." Lol - no, that's not cheesy, just very kind. I haven't actually heard that before, but I'm incredibly flattered!

Well, I'm afraid I can't personal credit for my username. :D Lemonworld is a song title from one of my favourite bands, The National. I just liked the sound of it ever since I heard it, but the song itself is very obscure and never really explains what 'lemonworld' is. There are only the lines: "You and your sister live in a lemonworld I want to sit in and die'. In my imagination it's a sort of island - out of reach but showing itself in glimpses. I've tried to think up a good explanation for you as to why I find special meaning in it, but as usual I'm procrastinating endlessly and overthinking. :D Perhaps because its a mixture of sadness and wisdom and optimism? As in... When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I think that's probably it in a very large nutshell. :D Hopefully I have done your question justice! Thank you so much for being interested and asking!

After reading some of your posts I think I have your username pretty well worked out - I imagine you make a very good counsellor. This must be a very rewarding way to spend your time. How's your day going so far? What's on your mind? Hopefully all things good and lovely! Take care.
thank you so much for those kind words. It truly made me happy :D I haven't seen too many of your posts but that looks like its just because your new to the forum. enjoy your stay!
Sure! Yes, 2 Biblical names. Old Testament prophets that my hubby and I both happened to be studying when we got our little boys. :) Mirepoix is French. It's actually a cooking term, but it seems to fit the tiny girl. Something simple can add so much flavor to life. (mirepoix=carrots, celery, and onions added as an aromatic to a dish). Cats definitely add something to life. My hubby does love them too, which is good, since they do what they want! LOL Yes..I have gone to LOLCats a lot. I find it to be good therapy to just laugh at things, then get back down to business.
