  • Hello Mr. Randomsomeone. Did you see where we're thinking of having a meetup in Dallas? Would you be interested in attending?
a whole month without posting, where TH have you been??
    ahum
I mean how are you doing?
My youngest son (22 yo) is home from college, so I have a house guest for the summer. It is a welcome change of pace. Work has been very, very busy but not unpleasantly so. Still...I plan to take a few extra days off for Memorial Day just to relax a bit. Looking forward to that!! Otherwise I'll be home all summer....I don't travel much.
I am generally well - though today I am in my shadow - work is good... it's everything I wanted in a job. Summer: my 24 y. o. daughter is getting married in August... having a bridal shower a month before that. I'm still adjusting to my job... still taking one day at a time. How about you?
Thanks for your train insights. It is quite a petri dish of human behavior, isn't it? I live in an area where "nice" behavior is the expected norm, so there's a fair amount of chit chat and interaction among strangers. It is interesting to note how we all deal with those who are outside the norm. Sometimes I feel discomfort and sometimes I feel admiration. I'm not sure what defines where that line falls for me.
I agree wholeheartedly. There has been no bigger adventure in my life, though I often doubted my abilities as a mother. It would've been so much easier if they'd come with instruction manuals!
There's something very satisfying when a child you've raised and loved is out in the world living his own life and doing well. Congrats! And enjoy your relaxing weekend
Very nice, thank you for asking. No broken bones, no one's ill and the weather is beautiful. Maybe most importantly, my son is doing much better. How was your day today?
It wasn't meant to be kind but to be honest. I guess the two aren't mutually exclusive, though.
Your compassion and wisdom astound me and speak to my spirit often. I am so glad for your presence here.
Thanks man, but you can't get rid of me that easily! (I was just passing on a message from Midnight Melody)
