    that is exactly how I feel!
    Sometimes I'm tuned in so well that I feel the love flowing through me and from there to all others, like there is no end to the warmth and kindness in my heart. But very soon I'm back at the wrong station and I try to give that same amount of love to others but it doesn't work, and it is not the same kind of love!

    Do you feel like the love you give comes without effort? Or do you deliberately give it to other people?
