Wow, that's cool. I wish you had been able to meet and work with her, I bet you would have really enjoyed that. But there may be another time. You never know what life may bring, and you both seem to enjoy some of the same things, such as making music and traveling while doing it.
But... besides that, how was the Fest? Did you have a good set, and more importantly, a good time? I hope that you did. Take care sweetie, oh and I was thinking.... because I was reading Fruits Basket... there is a part where Tohru (the main girl) asks her friend Momiji (who plays the violin) to learn "When You Wish Upon A Star" so he can play it for her and it reminded me of your music thread. So, there is another song for you to learn and practice, that is different from your usual style.
Also, are you gonna put a link to some of that stuff, if you ever get around to it?

The search for my spirituality? Like all things I do, I'll obsess and focus intensely on it for a couple months, make progress, drop it for months, then something out of the blue will strike a new chord in me, and back I go. It's chaotic, and I like it. I'm going to say the search is going well, though I've been focused on other things lately.
And sadly, as I was typing the +rep comment, I was wondering if I'd still give you +rep were I on the opposite side of the fence... I honestly do not know.
I'm very happy that someone agrees with me. *phew* I really hate conflict, but at the same time, I'm the person that always says the things no one wants to hear, but need to.

I was really nervous speaking up, but felt it was something I should do. Someone has got to speak up. I wish we could see a world where everyone is respected, but alas, that is just my idealistic side. I am not a theist, I am Buddhist, but I fully respect the beliefs of others, whether they have faith in a God or in a science lab. As long as we don't force our beliefs on others, what's the harm? Why can't we all get along???!!! (It's also "in style" right now to hate on religion. Did you notice?)

Things are going pretty good over here. On Saturday there was an earthquake. Other than that nothing really interesting. How was your weekend?
