Yeah, but I am in the salt mines this Friday night, and will be for hours yet.

I’m not complaining, and I am glad and grateful to have the opportunity.

For me it is basically a six day work week even though it is still 40 hours overnights, Monday night through till Saturday morning. The exhaustion destroys what I get for weekends so very little outside of work gets done. I am really tired of this existence and wish I had life on easy mode like some out there.
 
I'm enjoying the last of the quiet for this year as the planetary procession lazily makes its way through my 12th until around Jan 4, then it's on. It's been an unusually quiet end to the year and with weather that's more suitable for late spring though oh well, lots of walks and time outside and I can only be thankful for that part right now.
