[INFJ] Where are you guys? (and ladies as well)

Okay well I have taken quite a bit of time off looking over this MBTI stuff some more. I have to say, its interesting. So you INFJs are the "rarest" type. It shows since all the people I gave the MBTI test to in person do not score it. However, I wonder why does it seem that INFJs tend to show up on the site here? The online community here isn't "dead" in anyway and the majority of everyone on here (that I noticed) is the rare INFJ type. The question I have is the title of this thread... where do you INFJs tend to hang out in person?
 
Hang out? I'm home alone...at peace/comfortable. I occasionally hang out at the place where I "work" (on off days), but even then it's only for a couple hours. Sometimes the college library, and rarely - wherever a party happens to be held.
 
i hang out at home as well.
maybe that's why you never see us lol
 
If I'm not at home, I'm sitting on park benches lost in thought. And maybe at Starbucks reading a book if it's cold outside.
 
Usually at home talking with my friends over the internet via skype, xbox live, phone, or some other way. Every week or so we see a movie as a group. The main thing that keeps me from being a shut-in is that I've been attending college as well, which provides me with some of those vital social interactions.

I am a shut in except for when I'm feeling super extroverted and then I go to the casino.
 
Quiet places, if I can help it. Home, friends' homes, libraries, distant beach corners, trees, and so on. When I can't help where I am, I prefer to be at the center of everything to make the experience worthwhile.

One does not simply walk into Mordo - I mean, one does not simply find introverts. You must bait and catch them, like kittens.
 
You're supposed to deduce all that so we can be like "Good God Holmes, how did you know!?" Then you can explain about how our avatars, literary styles and profile information give it away, but even though we're totally surprised we'll promptly forget within 10 minutes (or ten pages depending upon the medium) and you shock us again. But you should have known that! D=<
 
Hang out?

Without kids: home, lunch with friends, court if I have to attend a hearing, often times coffee at a friends home while the kids play (if they do not come to mine), cub scouts and scouting activities (camping, fishing, Pinewood Derby is this weekend, meetings, etc.)

Most people would never guess I'm an INFJ if they knew about MBTI. I'm not an isolated individual, I choose to socialize with others and I do it often. I'm not going to bitch about being lonely, and not do something about it. I think I have a very healthy sense of self, but like everyone else ... I have my problems and they surface from time to time.
 
The reason we're over-represented on the internet is because we are INFJs.
 
I frequent the local arcade (I play a particular game competitively), go out for sushi regularly, and occasionally wander the mall. Otherwise, I'm at home on the computer.
 
It has occurred to me that when I'm out I don't interact with people unless I'm buying something and there's no self checkout type system in place.
 
At home with my son, or visiting friends or family. I like to go out and dress up when I can. :)
I think this site is mostly meant for INFJs which is why you don't see a lot of other types here. We enjoy talking to other INFJs because no one else is quite like us, so it's interesting when we get to communicate with other INFJs :)
I'm speaking for myself and just assuming everyone else feels the same?
 
I actually walked all around town a few weeks ago to find a restaurant/coffee shop that doesn't have an overload of people in them. Then I found one.

Amount of people was my primary concern.

It has a cozy fireplace :D
