What Are You Listening To Right Now (Part 15)

Who invented love?
Explain it to me please!
Who invented love?
Explain it to me please!
Come and tell me what happened
Or pretend it's passed
Who invented love?
Explain it to me please
From here I see your rest
Near your pillow
I want to see if I get it right later
Later I'll guess who of two wake ups first
Who invented love?
Explain it to me please
Who invented love?
Explain it to me please
Who invented love?
Explain it to me please
Who invented love?
Explain it to me please
While life comes and goes
You try to find someone
That one day can tell you
I want to be only with you

Who invented love?

Things are so strange have you noticed?
I feel your pain every moment
Lost in a wave of emotions
Washing away while you're floating

Bad Romance - Lady Gaga

Rah, rah-ah-ah-ah
Roma, roma-ma
Gaga, ooh-la-la
Want your bad romance
Rah, rah-ah-ah-ah
Roma, roma-ma
Gaga, ooh-la-la
Want your bad romance
I want your ugly, I want your disease
I want your everything as long as it's free
I want your love, love, love, love
I want your love
I want your drama, the touch of your hand
I want your leather-studded kiss in the sand
I want your love, love, love, love
I want your love (love, love, love, I want your love)

I cranked this one last night. It's a classic Dead pair of songs with (for me) a wonderful transition from one song to the next.

Grateful Dead - Dicks Picks Volume 29 - Lakeland, Florida - May 21 1977

Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On the Mountain

(Maybe start listening 6m into it, it really jams at that point, a lot of improvisation.)

Wow, youtube doesn't have Fire On the Mountain from DP 29. Oh well, just Begonias.

Happy Friday the 13th everyone!
Guess what I will marathon watch this weekend?

Lots of swear words. Do listen with headphones.

I see my future in people who slowly lose their mind because that is my future. I sit here sometimes waiting for the inevitable, hoping that when I do get there, I have enough ability to at least recognize the people I love

That's beautiful, DD. My grandparents had dementia. It was incredibly sad to see them gradually fade away, in the final years not recognising any of us. At least they didn't appear to be suffering and that was a comfort to us. Thanks for sharing <3
