Anyways, I discovered yourbrainonporn.com about half a year ago and although I never had a steady porn habit, I did have a frequent fapping habit. I "rebooted" myself and did not fap for three and a half months. Now I fap no more than once a week, usually once a month or so. Funny to hear this from a 18 year old boy I'd imagine, not to mention I discovered the porn back when I was 11 or so years old. I guess I was busy/lucky enough to this date. Indid however do "edging" on just about every occasion that I did watch porno. I haven't participated in the PMO ritual since this past summer. I feel less shameful and this keeps some happiness to my life.

I really like porn, people from the organization are always laughing at me, saying bad things, insulting my parents, up to something--- So I watch it to relax, it doesn't mesh well with my religious beliefs but I don't feel as furious and ill at ease with life after watching it.

I really don't think you can say that this is what you see "in your experience" since no one knows what people do behind closed doors.
