My personal frustrations are well-grounded from experiences. I do not hate black folk.

I believe that you're against segregation if I understand your post correctly, but here's a tip on improving communication: If someone asks whether or not you're in favor of racial segregation- lead with the word "no". Make it the very first word in your response so that there's no ambiguity for misunderstandings.

It is quite humanly impossible to make everyone equal. Cassius Clay was making millions. He was so oppressed. Black supremist? Muslim supremist? Anti-white! Our country is not responsible for what the world did. Someone kicks my door in? Come on...(that means to think about it, for those who do not understand me; even though it sounds ambiguous. If government tries that, there will be a lot of bloodshed. Who wants that?

That's nice and all, and i understand if you think the question is ridiculous because the answer should be obvious. But I just think it's a bad move because it makes it look like you have something to hide, even if I don't think it's true I'm just telling you how I think it comes across to people.

Given that segregation only legally ended in the 60's (my own parents were born in the 50's - so this is not that long ago) it would seem to me that visible minorities have not had very many generations of equality, and how could they? They have been thwarted time and time again by white people. I think of places like Black Wallstreet which were destroyed thanks to White supermacy and how even when the Black community tried to make their own way their progress was destroyed.

It sounds to me like your frustrations are misplaced and that it's the government that's a total failure. It seems that the system is just set up to shit on disenfranchised people regardless of race. I don't live in the USA so I think your government is mostly trash. The United States seems like the wild wild West to me - every man for himself.

Every time a Democrat is in office I hear that same rumour that Democrats are coming for your guns. That doesn't seem to be the case. I haven't really seen anything to support that Democrats are somehow going to come to your home to confiscate all your weapons. I see that they advocate for background checks and gun control in the sense of ensuring gun owners have them lawfully. I don't get the controversy but then again I live in Canada and we don't have this weird thing where we weave guns into our identity. Besides, the law says you have 2A rights but if a police officer knocks down your door and sees you with a gun, you're dead anyway. Doesn't seem like you have the right to gun ownership if you're just going to get murdered in your own home for having one.

I always find it amusing when suddenly budget concerns start arising again when a Democrat comes in office. I can't find anything to substantiate the estimate the Biden will incur a 7 trillion debt. Maybe if the way taxes were done there wasn't so heavily in favour of the super ultra rich and corporations it wouldn't be a problem to begin with.

With a fair amount of time the documentation is there that ANY "impairment" to the 2A is not Constitutional. It is usually suggested to read the Federalist Papers(guides.loc.gov/federalist-papers/fulltext) and indeed Hamilton in #29 (I will paraphrase if anyone needs the exact quote I can post it) makes it clear that the citizens should indeed be "permitted" (clearly my word and not his) to be able to be as trained and armed as any army the Government can muster to ensure the Army can't prevail over the citizenry. Madison in #46 also addresses the point at some length. Samuel Adams (the original not the current Beer corporation) To the Massachusetts Ratifying Congress (1783): "The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent people of the United States who are peaceful citizens from keeping their own arms".

The irony of all this is that the Federalists weren't as pro-gun as the Anti-Federalists which is how the Bill of Rights came to be. Several states which included among others New York and Massachusetts of all places were not going to ratify the constitution without the defined protections against the Federalists. So reading the Anti-Federalists papers are even more enlightening on arms ownership (weapons not appendages). Just to cement the irony here one of the better Federalist vs. Anti-Federalist summaries was......at........AlJazeera (someone try and claim that is a bastion of Conservative American thought). March 8th 2020 (I believe in their on-line manifestation).

"As trained and armed..." so basically most people fail to meet the standard. How many gun owners are well trained to actually use the weapons they own? How many just pick them up at Walmart and post pictures of themselves with them on social media to look cool lol.

Hayes, and was amended in 1956 as well as 1981 Prohibits the use of the Military against U.S. Civilians. It does pose an interesting and open ended question; would the enlisted (if the law were to be ignored) open fire to try and kill say 50-75 million civilians?

I would also suggest that the current social media situation (Twitter and Facebook but two of the leading examples) is what the founding fathers had in mind for the 1A.
I also wonder why organized religion is "tolerating" the Government(s) to close their facilities in clear violation of the First Amendment.

Any political party that claims that it can speak for all is a liar. Any political party that says that it hates the other is a liar. Any person who is not able to see the value in another persons life is a liar. You should follow no one who calls for violence. No one who calls for segregation. America is the melting pot not the mining pit. We do not single out people by race we choose them by deeds. It’s not what a man says that matters. It’s what he does. Political parties say a lot but do nothing. They have you all on the fence. Watching as they screw the other. How long before they start screwing you? Look at California. Even the good liberals there are upset. It’s very easy to complain about freedom when you live in a free country. It’s very easy to complain about capitalism from your mansions holly wood stars. And yet you are crying for the destruction of the very country that made you. That capitalism put all that money in your pocket. And now that you have yours you want to slam the door on every one else. As George Carlin said “ There is a club and your not in it”. And indeed there is a club actually there is a club in every town. A Democrat club and republican club. And those two clubs beat one another year after year. I’ve noticed that for opposing views they sure do get along pretty well. The argue for show. And hope that you make it real in your daily life. And you political folks do. You the citizen of the United States of America needs to restore the republic inside of your self. You need to see that all men are created equal. You need to see that all men want freedom. And respect. And by being an American you believe those things to be self evident for all men. My freedom comes from me allowing you to have your freedom. And you allow me the same privilege. That is our society. We the people decide through our daily struggles how we will live and treat one another. We the public are the power. And instead of following these turds who keep us circling the toilet bowl. We clean up this mess we have made. And send the stool down the drain. And then we remove the powers of legislation and we start allowing ourselves to take back the freedom we foolishly let others dictate to us when all we have to do is start loving one another again as humans.

That is the great hope for our country. They knew that if we the people would strive for equality we could get there. But no government could do that. Only throug a mans heart comes love one cannot legislate love. Hence the divorce rates.

My son has suffered many obstacles the last few years fighting brain cancer. And I have had to change my way of thinking about life and people and the world. I’ve had to open my eyes to a more diverse and richer way of seeing how we all fit together. And that when the chips are down the human race can do wonderful things together. What we can accomplish together is limitless. What we can accomplish alone is limited. Please do not take for granted how great you really have it right now. Never forget that you can have it so much worse. Never wish misery onto another. It will come for you eventually. What you do matters. What you don’t do also matters. We always have the choice to love. To listen. To seek common ground. Humanity is a body. A human body. And if the any parts of the body decide that it wants to go it’s own way the body dies. The body of America is being torn apart. And if you keep rejecting your American body you will perish with it. Your not German African English Chinese Japanese Irish Mexican Indian Jamaican Italian Russian French and so on and so forth until you represent every one who has ever came to this country on a ship or plane. They came here as those people. But us the children of those people we. Well we are all American. We know nothing of those countries. We have our place here. And with all things human we have our faults. And even with all those faults. With all the complaints I hear. I still see people trying to get in. I see them wanting to be here. Actually, strategically speaking, an armed American populace would be a formidable force against any ground invasion, which must surely follow any air strikes (assuming invaders don't want to nuke you into oblivion). SOME people may not need them because of their stupidity. If they pass NICS, they can still have them.
