I'm a very planned person

10 minutes from now: Still here on the forum and just sitting enjoying the evening.

A day from now: In the lab doing the next arylation reaction.

A month from now: Taking a break from research, and enjoying a new computer

6 months from now: Skiing every single waking moment, and enjoying all the snow and cold weather.

A year from now: Doing some research somewhere else in the world for a summer REU.

5 years from now: In graduate school, somewhere in the pacific region, working further in research.

10 years from now: Fresh out of postdoc work, living in the mountains, teaching organic chemistry at a university and doing research, living out my dream.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: There will be less humans here, for we will have expanded far out into the universe.

 

10 minutes from now: hopefully asleep

A day from now: busy

A month from now: challanged and working hard to overcome obstacles

6 months from now: seeing great progress

A year from now: Living my dream

5 years from now: making a difference

10 years from now: Getting politically involved in the more controversial human rights issues and succeeding.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: It won't be anything like it is today. If we don't change things, I think people will be forced to live a very primitive lifestyle. They will lack the luxuries of electricity, running water and mass transportation. I think there will also be a great lack of food. All of this due to overpopulation, plagues and new diseases emerging, not treating the planet responsibly and wars (especially nuclear).

 

10 minutes from now: still sitting at my computer surfing the forum and hesitating to post a post...

A day from now: sitting in my room, after a good hard workout, playing metal gear solid 4.

A month from now: In class, butting heads with the teachers while struggling to hold onto my individuality

6 months from now: Procrastinating about colleges because I'll probably still have no clue what to do in college, yet I'll have a long list of crazy stuff to do in a college.

A year from now: still celebrating ninja fridays, possibly in a college somewhere.

5 years from now: Probably about six feet under or stuffed into an urn on a bookshelf.

10 years from now: In a landfill.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: I see the world as being exponentially less populated as it is now because aliens invade and kill off over 5 billion people. Either that or the world would have ended by then XD

Man, looking at this, I totally need to rework my life

 

10 minutes from now: Shutting off the computer.

A day from now: Chatting online after getting back from work in the lab.

A month from now: On a Florida cruise, baby.

6 months from now: Loving life. Wintertime in Rhode Island away at college.

A year from now: Loving life. Hanging out with friends during the summer. Europe or Asia trip, perhaps ?

5 years from now: Loving life. Finishing up first year in med school.

10 years from now: Loving life. Married and in the midst of my surgery residency.
Have written some little published stories on the side. Volunteering as a mental health advocate through AdCouncil or the like.
Making a difference somehow.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: Earth will look like Mars. Mars will look like Earth.

A day from now:
Playing the game I'm downloading, wheeee.

A month from now:
Dreading going back to school and being confronted with all the stress and drama of student life. Clinging to the freedom of summer, trying to remember how it went by so fast.

6 months from now:
That's what, January? Well hmm. . .I'll be scrambling around trying to find a gift for my sister's birthday. I'll be looking forward to the second semester of school in order to get a fresh start in my classes, and I'll probably be stressed out.
A year from now:
Probably trying to find a job in order to save up money for college. Either that or I'll still be playing the game I'm downloading now.

5 years from now:
Uhhh crap. I'll be what. . .20? Ew, old. Let's see, I'll be looking for a summer job, hopefully I'll be in college somewhere studying something I enjoy.

10 years from now:
25 years old. Hopefully out of college, probably in some crappy job just to pay the bills, looking for some work that will get me on a path to doing something I enjoy instead. Probably worried about how I'm going to achieve all the simple goals I have for my later life.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now:
So many possibilities, I can't even wrap my head around it. So many people with so many decisions to make that could have so many impacts on the future. . .it's mind-boggling.

10 minutes from now: On this computer, mostly likely on forums or playing a game.

A day from now: Tiredly dragging myself around the house or getting in the car to go see a movie.

A month from now: Making the final preparations to return to college.

6 months from now: Wanting to die from finals.

A year from now: Not much different than I am now, but hopefully I will have a job.

5 years from now: Finishing grad school or Peace Corps. Marriage maybe?

10 years from now: Career, wife, maybe getting ready for my first child.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: At the rate we are going, I see it uninhabited by humans.

10 minutes from now: I'll be sitting here thinking I should get to bed.

A day from now: I'll be working hard and moving around a lot which is good; it'll help dissolve the KFC I had for supper. ugh ugh

A month from now: I'll be on my one week off for lounging around the house/working around the house, so I'll be happy.

6 months from now: I'll be bitching because I haven't had a holiday in 6 months.

A year from now: Things will be stranger than they are now.

5 years from now: I will resign myself to life on this earth.

10 years from now: I doubt I'll be here.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: The world won't exist as we know it.

 

10 minutes from now: Purchasing my print out, and riding merrily upon my way. SCOOTA!

A day from now: Doing my Tax at Casuarina Square.

A month from now: Engaged in a Cert 3 to get background knowledge for my next job

6 months from now: Applying for my New Job.

A year from now: At University, courtesy of my employer

5 years from now: Engaged in my new job, Hopefully overseas.

10 years from now: Beginning my Political Career.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now:

A lush paradise uninhabited by humanity. Or at most, with only a few pockets of humanity on land, with most at sea in submarine cities. (beatles, not james bond)

A day from now: Exhausted and sore. >

A year from now: Taking a break and in Egypt or Japan for a holiday.

5 years from now: In uni doing my veterinary medicine degree.

10 years from now: A veterinarian doing or have done a specialist degree.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: An abosolute shite-hole with nothing but roads and buildings because man decided to screw the world over as they are selfish pigs.

A day from now: At the beach, hunting innocent women to dominate

A month from now: On vacation, sailing the seas on a sailing boat with my friends

6 months from now: In the army, as an infantry officer

A year from now: Still in the army

5 years from now: In Athens, working as a diplomat

10 years from now: I'll probably be already dead by then, probably cancer

10 minutes from now: Ring up the hair dressers to get a hair cut. I hate phones.

A day from now: Getting my haircut.

A month from now: Meeting up with this girl hopefully, she gets back in august.

6 months from now: Be January, so I'll be at uni! I'll have gotten into the swing of things, living on my own etc. and enjoying my course, working my ass off.

A year from now: I'll have nearly finished my first year of Uni, done lots of training.

5 years from now: I'll be 24, so I'll have met up with my old pals and start that small production company we said we were gonna start. Be getting work experience and I'll be developing my first feature film.

10 years from now: I'll be a professional film maker by then, hopefully made or making a feature.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: It won't be here at this rate.

 

10 minutes from now: Hopefully full after having eaten lunch, probably still online.

A day from now: Probably going to my cleaning job =.=

A month from now: Getting ready to go back to college and awaiting results D:

6 months from now: In college, working too hard.

A year from now: Hopefully in Camp America or Canada, working to save up for university. Hopefully also having written a book.

5 years from now: In a full-time job, hopefully either publishing, editing or writing. Hopefully still in contact with my friends.

10 years from now: I don't want to consider that far ahead but hopefully living a moderately successful, easy but not boring life with a nice house near my family.

How do you see the world 1000 years from now: A bit dustier and decomposed, unless I do find the elixir of eternal life in which case I will have hopefully moved planet and be living with my family.
