I had to google this to see if he actually said this. That's the world we live in today. When senators tweet that the White House is functioning as an adult day care center, it's not as crazy to see how one would suggest the president has a borderline IQ. It's like on 11/9/16, we suddenly were launched into the bizarro universe.
