  • As far as that thread is concerned, the only mod action in there was the mod message and my deletion of you're post. The op referenced articles on your site, thus making them fair game for any praise or criticism.

    If you are have a website and/or articles you have to understand that not everyone will agree with your points and its how you deal with that criticism that gets you respect.

    As i look through that thread i see bionic's post which is a criticism of pern yes, but not anything against the rules, however your next two posts were personal attacks again bionic, and i'm guessing your visitor message to me about the "wicked witch of the fat" is also a reference to this member.

    This is not an acceptable response to criticism and i'm guessing you know it isn't otherwise you wouldn't have sent me a VM such as "Don

I have a question about a trend that I've noticed, however, and I can't really find a suitable answer for it anywhere. Lol. No no, it's me that should apologise. With all the crap that's been going on i guess i was just assuming the worst. Ah well, misunderstandings happen ;)
    i'm at work atm so don't really have time to explain fully, and without knowing your server config, i might be covering stuff you've already done, anyway:

    if on apache standard configs, they need to be optimised to suit your site, along with mysql/php configs
    look into using nginx as a reverse proxy to apache, or if you have the money just replace apache with litespeed.

    these next things are about how you serve static content when combined there is a performance gain(even without using the cdn)

    need more explaination really but try searching for

    increase parallel downloads with subdomains
    using a cookieless domain
    and using a cdn

    i don't know how all this with effect vbseo so thats something you'll have to consider
