  • I figured as much. Believe me I know how it is to have an association that everyone references to a name lol. Thankfully I enjoy mine =)
Good Morning to my friends here on the forum.

I have been snowed in for 3 days and running on generator, so I have not been able to make regular contact.

The sun is out, and it's a new day.

I hope the electric company can make it to me today to get my power back on so I can do some dishes, and some house cleaning.

I hope all of you are staying warm and cozy and dry.

From snow country, I wish you all a wonderful week !

    Headache :)
I was listening to a song called I hope I become a ghost while signing up to be a member of the forums, the d is short for Daniel. btw Jamesons Whiskey is what you would usually see me drinking.
LOL I saw this social group join notice and got really confused for a moment. Couldn't figure out how to add/accept. I am not familiar with the social group functions at all lol.

    Thanks for joining though =)
You are welcome. If I didn't do it, there are so many others that I know would have. I am better today than the first couple of days. Still in shock a little. bamf and I are meeting on Saturday (we live in the same city) and are gonna catch up and talk about John. I'm looking forward to that! :D
It's hard when you've been there/done that and want to put it behind you. Before I read the post about John's death, I posted an essay-blog thingie I wrote after my last brush with suicide. It's about coming out on the other side to the sunlight. If you want to talk, PM me.
Hi Whiskey! :) Happy Valentine's Day <3 <3 <3 I hope you did something ridiculously awesome today.
I think "Women" was my favorite of his, but I also liked "Post Office" and "Ham on Rye" a lot. I love nonfiction or quasi-fiction or whatever.
Bukowski quote, love it! Guy's books crack me up. Haven't read as much of his poetry though.
