    Ah shopping, I find it bareable if it's a quick to the point excursion, but trawling round the shops is quite tiresome - good luck! Well I tinker with my car, an 1971 Beetle, but I can't say I'm that experienced since I rendered it unuseable last year, but that's how we learn! How come you never drive?

    Oh, your comments about wishing you were more hands on with caring left me smiling. I cannot think of many (if any) people I know who are more hands-on. I have experienced growth in my life at a simple word from you and seen so many others express feeling their life enriched by your check-ins and wisdom. I suspect if I knew you in person, I'd see that same hands-on caring being exhibited moment to moment with those you come in contact with. I believe I've told you this before, but I do think you may underestimate what you are actually "do"ing in this world.

    Well, I work on Saturdays too, but on SUnday I'm going to tinker with my car, got a few faults and some damage to the bodywork which I shall iron out, but otherwise spend the day at home relaxing. What about you? You got a whole extra day :)

    I'm so glad your hours are increased! I can appreciate the loss of time you had at home, and I know from experience that this is not a minor loss, but I recall you were really hoping for the increased hours, so I'm glad it has come to you. I hope that the extra income finds good use and that you find ways to keep recharged even with limited time resources.

    This is the organization I'm hoping to have the opportunity to volunteer with. We'll see what ends up happening. All I can do is continue to search within for my truest expression, offer myself honestly to those things, and then trust in what happens from that offering.

    Good enough is good enough for the moment. Thank you though for challenging that a bit though because it could have been a "I don't want to make a fuss, but life sucks" kind of comment too. ;)

    My plans are unfolding. I went to a training last Thursday evening for the organization I hope to volunteer for this year. I know they were collecting references on me this week, so that's a positive step. Saturday I'm going to an information session for prospective graduate students at the college I'd like to attend. I'm doing some reading about the social work field and thinking about the questions they request you address in your application statement. I'll need to take some prerequisite classes and I'm also letting some thoughts stew on how best to accomplish that in time. So, no resolution to anything really, but moving with little steps toward the goal.

    So now you...how's life for you? Is it "I don't want to make a fuss, but it kind of sucks", good enough, or (my wish for you as well) truly wonderful?

    Hey, KISS is going to come at that belgian festival again.
    Since you're from the UK, it isn't that far, and there are heaps of other bands!

    EDIT: although it may take a few months before they show the real line-up (as in what bands play on what days).
    I don't think that all bands are announced yet, and you'll only be able to buy combi tickets at the moment.
    Single tickets will be around 70€. I'm not sure how much camping costs, but if you're going, pm me and I'll help you out.
    (I don't think I am, because I don't know the majority of the bands and I'm not sure how long my exams will last.)
