I respect you trying to keep peace. And usually as I said I would be on the side defending the staff. Which is actually pretty common but some issues must be dealt with. Well, it was quite the harsh letter, but at the same time I think it's good that you got how you were feeling out. Sometimes a good venting like that gives us some perspective, or at least makes us feel better. Also, how could I not appreciate such an eloquent thrashing.
