Does anyone know how to physically remove the wifi device from a laptop? There must be some sort of physical hardware that allows you to connect to wifi. How do I remove it?

Depends on the laptop. Why not just disable it? If you want to remove it youll have to ask the manufacturer how or get schematics of your model as a minimum.

Best I could find would be to remove the card and make it non functional.

you have to disable it online i think

then you could use a physical cable instead. wifi is proven to be harmful and yet governments are pushing it out in city centres, buses, trains and so on so that wherever you go you will be in overlapping EMF fields

It would be healthier and more efficient to use fibre optic cables but their plan is to create a 'cloud' through which all appliances will communicate through wifi and they want to send satellites up that would bathe the surface of the planet in wifi thereby removing your right to choose if you are exposed or not
