When can we trust our senses to give us truth?

Well I cannot post my ultimate conclusion because then it might be considered 'plagiarism'. Hence, my ultimate conclusion is with a reference to 'the three little pigs' actually haha (if anyone wants to hear it i'll PM).
Furthermore it goes in the words of Ender: Always and never.

That we can always trust our senses to give us accurate info, hence the conclusions that we draw from it can never be trusted because of bias (culture, upbringing etc.) So therefore emotion that is interconnected to bias cannot be trusted instinctively. Instead, it must be mastered by being rationally reasoned about and disconnected from bias.
