What does love mean to you?

Love is a social construction.
I think, even if I'd write an entire essay about what I feel it means, I can never really write enough about it. It just is.
 
Love to me is seeing someone as they are and accepting all aspects of them and appreciating them. It's a daily decision to look for things to appreciate in the other person. And of course love must be reciprocal.

Everything else is just icing on the cake.
 
If you can't truly be yourself and have the chance to explore different aspects of yourself with the person you love, then it would be difficult for me to consider it love.
