OK, so why not just lie about your work experience? I am sure everyone has a friend that owns some dinky little LLC type company who would vouch for them. Hell, I would spend the 200 bucks to form my own LLC, put my gf as the president and have them call her to give me a shining review if I had to.
Cripes who would be silly enough to tell the truth on their resume anyway? its all BS... so is the cover letter! The 1st rule of business in the US is "fake it until you make it" simple enough. This is probably something being used to screen imbeciles out of the recruiting process.
