[PAX] My Idiot President

It seems as if anything that doesn’t benefit someone in a profitable manner is now viewed by Trump or the GOP as NOT worthwhile, in fact they seem to think that such people are parasites and shouldn’t get any help from our taxes at all.
Like Meals on Wheels for our elderly.
School lunches for poor kids so we can make sure they have at least ONE good full meal a day.
Heating oil subsidies for the poor (many of whom are elderly) so they don’t freeze to death in the winter.
Infrastructure not happening...stupid wall...not paid for by Mexico...Environmental Protection Agency - cut by 30%...regulations keeping streams and air clean - axed.
Dodd-Frank - being decimated.
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - in the process of being defunded
Healthcare in general...prescription medications, etc. are perfect examples of how much they care.
The GOP and Trump were, and still are trying to throw 24 million American citizens, 8 million of whom are children off healthcare so the upper classes can have million dollar tax breaks - sounds totally legit and fair.
Trump’s proposed “tax cuts” which are skewed “hugely" (to use his own words) to benefit corporate America and the rich...while the middle class and poor see piddly crap cuts and the very poor actually end up paying more.
Sounds totally workable.
*sigh*
Lameness.

How is all the shit Trump has done as outlined above^^^ helping the middle/working class?
Is this helping people? What a strange way of helping someone...axing grandma’s healthcare.
Or does it seem to benefit those at the top...hmmmm?

This really sums it up, Thanks Keith, Spot on as usual.

Short on time I am...has anyone else been watching the Face the Nation interview with our blustry-illustious president on international tax? He wants other countries to give reciprocal taxes. Huh? He really isn't thinking globally.

By definition a reciprocal tax is:

"A reciprocal agreement, also called reciprocity, is an agreement between two states that allows residents of one state to request exemption from tax withholding in the other (reciprocal) state. ... You can ask your employer to stop withholding Pennsylvania taxes."

Umm, I'm thinking other countries are not going to like Donald's tax evasions yet wanting to rake in their tarrif payments :/

Yet another jaw dropping moment on Trump's 100th day ... rally? (Hitler had many a rally. Yeah, Godwin.)

Jesus, I'm so glad I'm not a brownish (humor, Trump-voter-speak) immigrant. I feel so badly for them.

But....it's good he explained it. Lit comp may be poor, you know. It's a pretty veiled metaphor! I did a little chin rubbing.
