some people are yes (see the clip below about a CEO getting his employees to do it). So at the moment it is voluntary but how this is going to roll out is that they intend to get rid of physical cash and they are already losing down many ATM machines

They want people to pay for things with the chip on their bank card or on their smart phone but they will wan to get rid of the cards and replace them with wearables such as smart watches or wristbands and they have already trialed those wrist bands at rock concerts

then once people have accepted wearable chips they will push implantable chips. They roll this is out gently but they'll hope to have so many people agreeing to it that they will only be left with a stubborn minority refusing who they can then legally coerce into doing it but most people will have been pressured by then because their options for payment and other things will have been reduced down to the chipped options

No need to watch this dude...I was in the USCG for a spell and I know all about what can happen to a human body in the way of a broadcast (usually in the microwave range not 5G though it is similar and is more dangerous than the previous versions).
I’m not arguing that the towers are dangerous, but I think you are jumping to conclusions as to the why.
You seem to think it’s part of some giant diabolical plot, while I see it as profits over people - they know the dangers and just don’t care...and people are apathetic because they want faster internet and are willing to pay more while ignoring the health risks - thus the incentive is always $$$ and selfishness.

You make it sound as if they had 5G guns being actively used...

That’s far from 5G beams being aimed at wild boars and having them explode as a result...no, it simply connects other means to deter them.

I still don’t see the huge plot other than the one where industry doesn’t give a fuck about pollution (even of the radioactive wave type)...they still don’t have clean drinking water in Flint and you think this is some kind of weapon other than - it’s most likely cheaper than safer alternatives - which is the same old song and dance here in the US.
