It's amazing how you deal with your life, accepting and everything. That is very inspiring.

Also.. Thank you for the compliment and that article.
So, there is a link! :-o very intriguing :)

Thanks...you're very kind to say so...I'm really trying my hardest!!
:<3white:
Thank you also for the thoughtful responses. :)
Hope you have a great day/evening!

Great article!!!

Highjackers, from my experience, are looking for help resolving something or getting a message delivered. (Thinking this is where the series The Ghost Whisper came from.) They often attach themselves to strong souls as a means to get a toe hold in the physical. Reminding them that I am in charge of this physicality usually gets them gone. Rituals to keep them in the external helps too.

Water/shower ritual really works to remove unwanted "energies" and entities. Lately I've heard the echoes of becoming a healer again, but could be want to heal myself too.

Somewhere in my blog is a story about feeling 'ichy' when I go in a docs office or visit the hospital. That energy feels like wet cotton clinging to me, like the white, cottony ich that sticks to tanked fish. ;)

I believe spuritual attchments are different than a soul attachment. I luv it that we far too often attribute negative connotations to things we don't truly understand yet, yet, we with open minds say hmmm, yep, it is possible:D!?!

I totally agree with you Sandie!
There were times while working in the hospital that I felt like someone was following me home and I would have to clearly state that they were not allowed to do so.
Can't say for certain it worked all the time, but I think it helped.
That 'old hag' experience I had where the mantle clock got thrown at me on the bed could have been something along these lines.
IDK for sure...I just know it was impossible physically to move as it did...and something alerted me to her coming down my hallway as I sat upright in my sleep and started to push her out with 'vibrational waves'.
Those same waves are very similar to the vibrational state I've felt before going out of body myself...hence the VELO technique.
Thanks for your wonderful and knowledgable input!

Much love to you also!

I'm telling you you gotta try VELO - Voluntary Energetic Longitudinal Oscillations.
When I was self-inducing going out of body or astral projecting...this actually put me into the vibrational stage on a few occasions.
This technique will help you balance and also amp up your energy while breaking down any internal blocks or outside attachments such as the article suggests.
Here are a few videos...this first two are very good explanations of the technique and how to begin.
The last is a very cheesy video, but it's a good visual image of how to.
I have other thoughts...let me know.

Much love!

Yea, Iknew you posted that shit earlier.. I forgot somehow, I remember now:flushed:

I gotta re watch it when I have more brain cells available to do so

idc about going obe and astral projection anymore I enjoy working with energy while conscious.. I think playing ping pong with my palms is funny. When I shoot a burst of energy from one and catch and absorb it with the other and so on

Here is that article IC. :)
John, I know we have talked about meditation, falling asleep, and the possibility of lucid dreaming and meditating in that state of mind.
Thought this would be of interest to you!
There is also the state of mind to consider where you are indeed lucid at the time but upon fully waking forget you were lucid. ;)

Thanks for the tag on this Skare. It is very interesting, and links to the kind of lucid dream fragments I get during meditation. It's frustrating that they fade away as soon as I give them any serious attention, but I expect it's a matter of patience and persistence without trying too hard. I call them fragments because there's no dream narrative to most of them, just a street scene, or a table with drinks, or someone looking at me.

You've excelled yourself with the articles you posted this week. Some fascinating stuff to ponder - in all the many worlds ;)

Well...it's not just for going out of body.
It depends on how high you raise your vibrational state.
This will not only balance your energies and chakras but it will break any energetic blockages and energetic attachments trying to stay hooked onto you.
You speak of energy stagnation, this will keep it flowing.
As far as drawing energy from the universe, it sort of depends on what you are trying to do and use it for?
There really is not a super easy way to connect in that way...though certain entheogenic drugs will put you into a state of mind able to access it much more easily.
This is why Shamans and the like occasionally use such things...keep in mind there are very right ways to do them and very wrong ways.
Also, you are opening yourself up to certain things that can take advantage if not done properly...again, depending on what you are trying to do.

You can also work on developing your psychic sight...try sitting in a completely dark room or closet...block out any cracks where light can get in - now try your hand to hand ping pong...after some time and daily practice you will begin to see the energy ball as well as other "things" in the darkness that we normally don't see...specks of light, streaks of light, some have spoken of geometric shapes of various size and color and many behave as if intelligent in some sense.

Also, if you think that making energy balls is cool in this reality, you should give going OOB a try as it is much easier to use and "see" when in that state.
You don't have to do VELO for a really long time to see a difference...try doing it after you get in bed and are falling asleep...just move the energy from your feet to your head and back down again...up and down...take time to push through any blockages that you may energetically feel...the goal is not necessarily go out of body but to get it going fast enough to raise your vibrational state....how fast you go with it is up to you.

Talk to you soon, take care!!
:)

I totally remember that 'Funnybones' book!
I think my little brother or sister might have had it??

As for dream fragments, I too have this phenomena happen to me...both in meditation and during my waking hours when I get that strange sort of deja-vu feeling followed by what seem to be bits of lucid dreams...some days it happens more than others.
But similarly to your own - I learned to just observe them when they begin to play out...if I actively try to remember them - it's like a door slams shut and I can't even remember the bit that was just there.
I have to passively just let it play out in my mind and not try to focus my attention on it.
It does seem a bit odd.
Glad that articles are up to par!!
I'm doing fair, sleep is so-so...still in good spirits though, so there's that.

As for now I'm just totally selfish playing with it.. experimenting, practicing in a playful manner when I feel inspired or down. I can draw energy from all fours but only push out through my hands.. I just fill up all my chakras and burn the energy making em glow which feels nice to me.. I tried to keep chakras glowing brighter whilst drawing in energy.. Eventually I want to get to a place where I can draw in energy and push it into other beings, to give them comfort and or healing. Last time I made all chakras glow and burn up after which I got a full body sensation which might be what heroin feels like? idk never did it.

idk If I think making energy balls is cool, but it was welcome progress for me as I was able to feel the energy over larger distance than previously. Been a while since I tried moving energy from one chakra to another. I'm pretty much capable of activating any chakra at will. I also believe I communicated with an entity which made one chakra go supernova but it didn't feel like it was consuming my energy.. It felt like that chakra would burn as long as I kept contact with that entity..

Trying to do stuff while I'm falling asleep is kinda hard for me cuz it must mean I'm utterly exhausted. Usually when I play around with the stuff I got excess energy.. except for the psychic sight.. I can do that whilst falling asleep..

Our kids loved the Funnybones books. It’s weird because I had a comic book as a small child of 4 or 5 based on Disney cartoon characters- it had a skeleton in it in a dark castle chasing Donald Duck around - that scared the pants off me. I expect kids get more exposure to scary stuff on tv or the intent these days so it doesn’t bother them.

I’m not bad at the moment - bit of a cold and dog tired from not having enough sleep these last few nights. Mind you that was because of our election last night, so I can’t put that down to restlessness. I enjoy elections that throw everyone up in the air and watch them all flapping about on the tv :tearsofjoy:. Anyway time for me to get an early night now ... have a great weekend

It's really weird you should post this right now because I was talking about the same thing to some friends just a few days ago, and it's not something I'd thought about for ages. I've had this experience, but it wasn't as clear cut as the lights just going on and off. We used to have sodium lights down our street and along the lane round the corner - they've been replaced with led lights now and they don't flicker at all. The council used to let the old sodium lights age a lot before replacing the bulbs and the triggers would be dodgy for maybe a couple of years - some of them would start going on and off at random. I think when they are on the threshold of this behaviour, they are more open to psychic influence because they are close to the on-off point - but of course it's then more open to the criticism that it's just the wear and tear that's causing it. Even so, I found it weird. I often go out for a walk in the evening, and on quite a few occasions in the winter after dark these lights would be on until I reached them, go off as I passed under them, and go back on again as I carried on. Just one doing this would be coincidence, but when you have it happening 5 or 6 times in a row, one light after another in sequence, it most definitely feels strange - particularly as they were quite far apart, obstructed by trees and there are no nearby lights from houses for part of the way, so I was plunged into deep darkness under some of them. I wasn't making any conscious attempt to influence them - it just happened.

I thought you would be amused @Skarekrow because this sort of happened again a few evenings ago. I went out for a short walk in the evening twilight - the street lights were all on except for two at the end of our street. The first one came on just as I came up to it, then the second one did the same 30 seconds later. They were the only ones that hadn't come on and I had this weird feeling they were waiting for me so we could all have a bit of a laugh. Does anyone else ever see personalities in inanimate things? :tearsofjoy:

Nice...
Yeah, that full body sensation was probably your vibrational self being raised imo.
I get that whenever I have had such experiences as well...I would say they are like waves of energy that emanate from my core outward both from my chest and to my fingertips...it's like a wave of pleasant "something" being emitted.
When going OOB purposefully it becomes incredibly noticeable and intense...probably why people call it the 'vibrational state'.
Anyhow...VELO is very much like many of the exercises in Qi Gong...you are moving energies around your body in a purposeful and sometimes intense way.
Qi Gong can definitely help one to build and increase their own energies - you ask about drawing energy, there are some very good ways to do so in the practice.
Some people can draw incredible amounts of energy this way.
Something to look into anyhow.

Your description sounds less like psychic sight per say and more like some kind of vision...I would encourage you to give it a try again.
When you create energy balls, if your psychic sight is activated too, then you would see some kind of plasma or glowing around or inside your hands.
There's a good section in a book I have on developing this skill...I may have to take a picture of the pages for you though as the book it's in isn't exactly available on Amazon and is out of print to boot.
I'll get back to you with that later on when I'm not running on 3.5 hours of sleep.

I remember as a child seeing great masses of tiny pinpricks of light swirling around my head as I fell asleep - I thought it was perfectly normal tbh.
They would go one way and then reverse and go the other way...I would reach up and try to touch them.
Not sure how old I was when I stopped seeing that, I was still very young...probably had a much more psychically open mind as many children do.

So is this the entity that you are questioning the motives of?
When you asked how one could tell if one were good or evil...
A lot of it has to do with having somewhat of an intuitive nose for that sort of thing...but you can command them to reveal themselves if they are of a darker nature - this goes back to many accounts of such meetings.
Has this entity helped you and for what reason, what did it cost you if anything?
Do you see signs of dark...occurrences happening?

When I was taking those medications a few years back that interacted with one another...there were several times leading up to my ambulance ride and hospitalization where I felt something was seriously wrong with something to do with my body...it didn't feel like my heart but basically the meds were causing it to beat at a super low rate...like 30 beats or less...so one every two seconds...while my blood pressure was trying to compensate and it was way the fuck up there at like 220/110 (lucky I didn't have a damn stroke).
Anyhow...on two occasions I felt this terrible feeling...and I called out to my Dad who has passed on to help me.
I had a mental image of someone above me and in front of me reach into my chest and reset my heart back to a normal rate ( I didn't know it at the time).
It felt like someone was really reaching into my chest though it felt pleasant and it was very powerful, it literally dropped me to my knees.
But I felt better.
This same feeling happened again the next day or a couple days later and I thought to myself that the first time must have just been in my mind, I was already starting to dismiss the powerful experience I had as is our nature.
So I thought I have nothing to lose...that and I really did feel like I was dying so again I asked my Dad to help me if he could and it was even more powerful than before...I could feel my heart flip-flopping in my chest and doing bizarre things but none of it hurt, it wasn't painful in the slightest - one could even say it was pleasurable - in a non-sexual way of course. ;)
The next day at the infusion clinic appointment I had the nurse took my vital signs and she called the urgent care...wheeled me down there and they called an ambulance.
Anyhow...I never did pass out and die...and I have to say that I feel my life was possibly prolonged or saved by some kind of intervention.
Of course I still have doubts about what I felt and what I saw with my mind's eye...but I do know for sure that something was affecting my heart in a good way when I really needed it and asked for help - which I feel is an important aspect of actually getting help from the universe or whomever - one has to ask.
Not that we always get what it is we ask for...but you definitely won't if you don't at all.
(imo)

Anyhow...take care!
I'll post those pages up later.
Cheers!

The weekend was pretty alright, thanks, hope your's was as well?
Ugh, so sorry about the cold...that's never fun at all...neither is lack of sleep for that matter!
I had something similar, it was Disney's Sounds of the Haunted Mansion record...I would listen to that for hours and just imagine crazy and scary things in my head, hahaha.
I agree, I think scares and such were probably much more subtle and less accessible than they are now that we have everything online like you suggest.
It will be very interesting to see what becomes of my Son's generation (he's 16)...being all so hyper-connected via all the devices, phones, apps, etc.
No one is quite sure how that will affect them as a whole though they have already tied higher rates of depression and anxiety to overuse.
(Though what is overuse to us is not to them in their eyes) ;)
Oh yes, you elected your own Trump, lmao, that's right...jk. :tonguewink:

Nice!!
:mclap:

Yes, I do see personalities like you suggest sometimes...especially if something is being difficult in some way, lol.
But yes...seeing as how I feel there is a certain level of connectivity to everything and an underlying sort of grand consciousness or collective anyhow...I feel that there could also be some level of consciousness and even humor in supposedly "inanimate things".
We are ourselves after all, made up of the same bits of "inanimate" material...and almost half of us is actually bacteria and the like....it's really hard to rule out things like that for me.
Even if it was your own PSI energy somehow doing it - your subconscious was giving you a good laugh.

Hope you caught up on some sleep and your cold is on the outs!
Much love!

There needs to a word to describe the love, existential pain, acceptance, and go fuck yourself that is your emotional register. I think I call it home. Great post Skare

Hahahaha, thank you Daustus!
Yes, it's quite strange where some of us find ourselves these days...it's like, every year seems more bizarre lately...but maybe that's just my position right now at this point in my own life lol, idk, it seems like people relate though for the most part.
Have a great week and thanks for reading as always!

Interesting...green is my favorite color...two of my favorite pairs of sunglasses I've owed over the years were green tinted lenses...hmmm?
Anyone want to give it a whirl?
I find it very curious where he got the idea originally - his brother telling him he would sit in the green garden to relieve his migraines.
Still, I wonder if the expectations of the people in the study were playing into the placebo effect at all?
If you wanted it to be truly good methodology they wouldn't have said anything about the green light being the one studied for effectiveness with pain...they would have had a variety of colors and then could have had a better picture of the effects, if any, of the green light.
Anyhow...there are other studies discussed with rats that have hopeful results. :)
Enjoy!

Researchers Explore A Drug-Free
Idea To Relieve Chronic Pain:
Green Light

December 15, 2019

img_3964_custom-3a4b678cef157911581405f0933f652b8965ee00-s800-c85.jpg

Ann Jones has been spending two hours each day in front of a green LED light — an experimental treatment aimed at alleviating migraines and other forms of chronic pain.

Ann Jones tried everything short of surgery for her chronic migraines, which have plagued her since she was a child.
"They've actually gotten worse in my old age," says Jones, who is 70 years old and lives in Tucson, Ariz.

Jones would have as many as two dozen migraines a month.
Over the years, some treatments might work initially, but the effects would prove temporary.

Other medications had such severe side effects she couldn't stay on them.
"It was pretty life-changing and debilitating," Jones says. "I could either plow through them and sometimes I simply couldn't."

In 2018, her doctor mentioned a study that was taking place nearby at the University of Arizona: Researchers were testing if daily exposure to green light could relieve migraines and other kinds of chronic pain.

Jones was skeptical.
"This is going to be one more thing that doesn't work," she thought to herself.

But she brushed aside the hesitation and enrolled in the study anyway.

It began with her spending two hours each day in a dark room with only a white light, which served as the control.
In the second half of the study, she swapped out the conventional light for a string of green LED lights.

For more than a month, Jones didn't notice any change in her symptoms.
But close to the six-week mark, there was a big shift.

She began going days in a row without migraines.
Even when the headaches did come, they weren't as intense as they had been before the green light therapy.

"I got to the point where I was having about four migraines a month, if that many, and I felt like I had just been cut free," Jones says.

Some patients in the study of about 25 people noticed a change in just a few days.
For others, it took several weeks.

Dr. Mohab Ibrahim, the migraine study's principal investigator and an associate professor at the University of Arizona, says that on average, people experienced a 60% decrease in the intensity of their migraines and a drop from 20 migraines a month to about six.

The results of the migraine study aren't published yet.
But they build on a small but growing body of research suggesting a link between green light and pain, including animal research done by Ibrahim's team.

While there are not yet robust data on humans, some researchers see promise for a drug-free approach that could help with migraines and possibly other forms of chronic pain.

A hunch and a headache

At his office in Tucson, Ibrahim demonstrates a device he has been using with patients.
It's a thin vertical stand mounted with green LED lights — an update from his earlier model, which was a simple string of lights.

Ibrahim, who directs the chronic pain clinic at Banner - University Medical Center Tucson, became interested in the idea of green light therapy because of something his brother told him about his headaches.

Instead of taking medicine, he would sit in a garden and eventually they would subside.

doctor_ibrahim_custom-ec9380c10855168856f155ce546c507051281e88-s800-c85.jpg

Dr. Mohab Ibrahim, an anesthesiologist and associate professor at the University of Arizona, is exploring the potential to control pain through regular exposure to green light.

That got Ibrahim thinking about the color green and how green light could be applied as a therapy.
"There was a healthy dose of skepticism," he says. "It was kind of strange. Why are you using light to treat pain?"

This low-tech approach to treating pain may seem out of sync with Ibrahim's credentials.
He's an anesthesiologist with a Ph.D. in pharmacology and toxicology.

As he puts it: "Drugs are my tools."

But he started to explore the idea anyway, designing an animal study, published in the journal Pain in 2017, that demonstrated that the pain response of rats decreased when they were exposed to green light.

"We were able to reproduce it over and over and over again to the point where you just had to follow the story," he says.
Why green?

The idea that there's a link between green light and pain is being explored by several research groups.

Research led by Rodrigo Noseda at Harvard Medical School looked at light sensitivity, known as photophobia, a common symptom of migraines.
The research, published in 2016, found that green light is significantly less likely to exacerbate a migraine compared with other colors and, in some cases, can actually decrease the intensity of the headache.

The group at Harvard has also shown that green light can "trigger positive emotions" during migraines, in contrast to colors like red, which are associated with negative feelings.

Ibrahim and his research colleagues also found a connection with the visual system. As part of their 2017 study, they fitted tiny contact lenses on the rats.

They found that only the animals that could see green, either from an external light or through green lenses, had a drop in their pain response.

"We basically made the conclusion that whatever effect is happening is taking place through the visual system," he says. "That's why when we recruited patients, we told them you cannot fall asleep when you're undergoing this therapy."

Ibrahim says there's a lot more to investigate about the biological underpinnings of the green light treatment, but research by him and his colleagues is offering some clues.

For example, Ibrahim's 2017 study tested the effect of the opioid reversal drug naloxone on rats that had been exposed to green light. After administering the drug, there was a "complete reversal" of the pain-relieving effects of the green LED.

"Whatever the mechanism is, we thought maybe the endogenous opioid system might be involved," Ibrahim says.

Ibrahim says his most recent research supports the theory that green light therapy is working in multiple ways: "It's a concert of mechanisms working in harmony toward a common goal."

Ibrahim was awarded funding by the National Institutes of Health to look deeper.

Ibrahim is also studying the effect of green light for conditions such as fibromyalgia, nerve pain related to HIV and chemotherapy and a painful bladder condition called interstitial cystitis.

The interaction between light and pain

The link between light and pain is a promising area of research, says Mary Heinricher, professor and vice chair for research in the Department of Neurological Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University, but she says she's not yet convinced that color is the most important variable in modulating pain.

"The effects of the green light is pretty subtle," Heinricher says. "We need the parallel work showing what are the relevant neural circuits if we are going to make anything tremendously useful for people."

She says it also remains to be seen if the green light research translates into humans, who process color differently from how rodents do.

Heinricher doesn't expect that green light will be a primary treatment for chronic pain anytime soon, but she says the research is a laudable and necessary step as we tease out the underlying science.

"We have tended to run to drugs and not thought about intervening in the physical environment," she says. "This is a wake-up call. There's something going on there."

At OHSU, her team is looking at photosensitivity in veterans with chronic pain, some of whom have a traumatic brain injury, and using functional MRI to see how they process light compared with those without chronic pain.

She says it's possible that photosensitivity could be a predictor of chronic pain.

Heinricher says her team happened upon this area of research accidentally when they noticed certain cells that facilitate pain responded to a flashlight in a dark lab.

"I was quite surprised," she says. "If you had asked me this five years ago, I would have said no way."
"A happy thought"

If green light proves effective in human studies, neurologist Dr. Morris Levin says, he would welcome the treatment.

"It is a happy thought. I hope it works," says Levin, director of the Headache Center at the University of California, San Francisco. "A lot of these other treatments don't work as well as we'd like, and a lot of them cause side effects."

Migraine sufferers are "very sensitive to environmental stimuli," and Levin says the idea of manipulating light to lessen headache severity is a "plausible" approach.

"The problem arises when you try to find exactly what in the environment really stimulates the migraine and what in the environment might be changed without too much trouble that would still be really beneficial," he says.

Levin says there isn't enough evidence yet to support green light as a truly beneficial treatment for headache pain.
"It is very intriguing, but it still has a long way to go," says Dr. Andrew Hershey, who is co-director of the Headache Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

"Trying to do a classic placebo-controlled study to see if one light works or not is likely not doable in this area," he says, since the patient knows the color of the light.

(Skarekrow- Get people that don't then - or better yet, tell them it's another color but still show them the green one too along with others and see what happens! Duh.)

He says positive results from patients who spend time with just a green light may also relate to them spending less time with irritating light, like the blue glow of computers and phones.

From light box to glasses

Ibrahim's patient Ann Jones decided to keep the green light, even though the study is over.
She discovered that when she stopped doing the treatment regularly, her migraines reemerged.

"I made a commitment to go back on the green lights daily," she says. "The very next day I did not have a migraine, and for five straight days I didn't have a migraine."

Jones says the only downside is finding time to spend in a dark room with just a green light for company.
In a separate clinical trial, researchers at Duke University are trying to see if that problem can be solved through a wearable treatment.

"Having a patient sit in a room with green ambient light is not necessarily conducive to normal life," says Padma Gulur, a professor of anesthesiology, who is leading the Duke study.

Gulur's NIH-funded study is looking at how different shades of glasses — clear, blue and green — affect postoperative pain and fibromyalgia.
She says the early results are encouraging her to pursue larger human studies for multiple conditions.

"It just goes to show the power of our nervous system in how it responds and adapts to different stimuli," says Gulur.
She says "minimal harm, ease of access and compliance" are all strong cases for seriously considering the feasibility of green light.

"Even if we see 50% of patients benefit from this, then already it becomes something worth trying," she says.

Some people aren't waiting for more research.
Duane Lowe is a chiropractor with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Grand Junction, Colorado.

He works with patients in chronic pain.
After reading some of Ibrahim's research, Lowe wanted to see if it could help his own patients.

He ordered some green glasses online.
"I just gave them to patients to try for a week," he says. "After a very short period of time, patients were coming back giving very positive reviews."

So he kept doing it.
He makes sure to tell the patients that this is experimental — no one knows how well glasses work compared with the LED light or how long you need to wear them.

"I didn't actually have to worry about whether these studies have been done, because the side effects of giving someone green glasses is almost nil," he says.

Dr. Mohab Ibrahim enjoys the simplicity of the treatment too.
"In my opinion, the most ideal drug or therapy is something that's first safe, effective and affordable," he says.

(Or anyone else who might be interested!!)

Here are those few pages of information about psychic sight and the development of it I had to take pictures of.
Best to begin with the second complete paragraph - "Since your right and left hands do have different polarities..."
