What you don't realize is that the conspiracy you've been parroting for weeks on this thread has been done before, thousands of times, by smarter people than you, who have been nevertheless debunked and discredited. What you're doing is not even new, fresh, or exciting. It's just old.

So let me have my fun, baby. Here's the UN Secretary General and his two assistant in their true form, from liberal sources:

well first of all you don't know how smart i am as you don't know me

also you refuse to clarify what part of what i'm saying it is you think is incorrect

could it be that you are just trying to blanket dismiss what i'm saying because you can't dispute any of the individual points?

you are derailing my thread

The Fiscal Cost of Resettling Refugees in the United States

Report by Matthew O’Brien and Spencer Raley | February 5, 2018

Executive Summary
At the end of 2016, the United Nations estimates that a record-setting 65.3 million people had been forcibly displaced from their homes due to conflict or persecution. Many of those people will seek refuge in the developed countries of the West, including the United States. Reflecting America’s long tradition of providing refuge to the oppressed, we have admitted over 3.5 million people since 1980 and 96,900 refugees just in the last year in 2016.

As the nation considers what levels of immigration we can fiscally and environmentally sustain, it is important to understand the costs of resettling both refugees (people seeking refugee status abroad) and political asylum seekers (those applying for refugee status from within the United States).

According to a new study released by FAIR, the annual cost to U.S. taxpayers is $1.8 billion and over five years, that financial burden skyrockets to $8.8 billion.

Those figures are only estimates because refugees will access welfare and other government assistance at different rates and the number of refugees entering the U.S also changes from year-to-year.

Using the most recent admissions figures, data on federal and state public assistance programs, and information from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), our analysis found:

  • The cost per refugee to American taxpayers just under $79,600 every year in the first five years after a refugee is resettled in the U.S.;
  • In 2016, the State Department spent nearly $545 million to process and resettle refugees, including $140,389,177 on transportation costs;
  • Of the $1.8 billion in resettlement costs, $867 billion was spent on welfare alone;
  • In their first five years, approximately 54 percent of all refugees will hold jobs that pay less than $11 an hour;
  • $71 million will be spent to educate refugees and asylum-seekers, a majority of which will be paid by state and local governments.
  • Over five years, an estimated 15.7 percent of all refugees will need housing assistance, which is roughly $7,600 per household in 2014 dollars.
It is important to note that this analysis does not address the costs associated with any incurred national security and law enforcement costs associated with some refugees who pose a threat. The total price of additional vetting and screening expenditures, law enforcement and criminal justice costs, and federal homeland security assistance to state and local agencies is hard to quantify.

goldman stealing other countries wealth again...

‘Goldman Sachs is implicated in history’s largest financial con – but will it be held accountable?’
Published: November 15, 2018
Source: Independent UK

Even by Wall Street standards of gouging customers this was one hell of a skim.

In 2012 and 2013, the Malaysian government was raising $6.5bn (£5bn) from investors to establish a sovereign wealth fund and finance various domestic infrastructure investment projects. And the cut for Goldman Sachs – the most prestigious investment bank in the world – for arranging the fundraising from the global capital markets? Ten per cent, or $600m.

Now we can have a guess as to why the Malaysian authorities were so insouciant about those extortionate fundraising costs: because they themselves were, apparently, going to loot the pot in one of the biggest frauds in history.

Around half of the fund has gone missing. According to the US Justice Department a fair amount has been pumped into luxury American real estate and shady art auction bids. Appropriately, some went into investing in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street.

At one stage $680m mysteriously appeared in the bank account of the former Malaysian prime minister, Najib Razak, who chaired the 1MDB advisory board, and who is now charged in his own country with corruption.

Malaysian politicians, officials and financiers had effectively bought Goldman Sachs’ blue chip reputation to pull in naive investors to the “1MDB” state investment fund. Ten per cent probably seemed a reasonable cut in the circumstances.

The question is: what did Goldman know about the theft?

The bank claims today that it was completely oblivious. But the senior Goldman banker on the ground in Malaysia, Tim Leissner, certainly knew. He pleaded guilty in New York to financial crimes related to 1MDB last week, including bribery of officials to ensure Goldman was the sole fundraiser

Jim Jones' deadly, leftist strategy still alive and well - Friend Of Democrats
Forty years ago Friday, in the jungles of Guyana, the late Jim Jones set a record for the mass murder of American citizens that held until Sept. 11, 2001.

In his eye-opening and immensely readable new book “Cult City,” Daniel J. Flynn reminds us that Jones was less an aberration than the advance guard of the left’s long march through the culture.

In the book, Flynn appropriately pairs Jones’ story with that of gay political icon Harvey Milk, a Jones supporter right up until the end. For Milk that end came nine days after Jones’ when he and San Francisco Mayor George Moscone were murdered in City Hall.

Among the traits Jones and Milk shared, beyond hustling underage males, was the now-routine public shaming of individuals who fail to embrace the left’s shifting agenda.

Both men had also mastered the reductio ad Hitlerum long before it became a staple of the progressive tool kit. “We don’t need Uncle Toms to lead us to the gas chamber,” said Milk on one occasion, showing a precocious mixing of shaming metaphors.

Not surprisingly, it was while at college – Indiana U – that Jim Jones got his first injection of Marx, and he was hooked from the beginning.

Given that promoting communism in 1950s Indianapolis held about as much promise as promoting traditional marriage in San Francisco, Jones took another tack.

“I decided how can I demonstrate my Marxism,” he would recount years later. “The thought was ‘infiltrate the church.'”

Jones’ strategy was a proven winner in Communist circles: exploit America’s Achilles heel, racial injustice. This he did as well, recruiting hundreds of Christian blacks and then subtly shifting their focus from Jesus to Marx, all the while reinforcing their fear of white America.

By 1970, the Peoples Temple had shed all but the illusion of Christianity. By 1973, after aggressive recruiting in black neighborhoods nationwide, the Peoples Temple boasted some 2,500 members, most of them in San Francisco.

Better still, they voted as if with one voice, Jones’. And not only did they vote en bloc, they rang doorbells and made phone calls and hung posters en bloc. “He is virtually able to produce physically more people than anyone I know,” said future San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown.

Given their affection for independent thinkers – and so many of them in one place! – the city’s progressive politicians wooed Jones like a Southern belle.

From Milk to Brown to Walter Mondale to Rosalynn Carter, Jimmy’s wife, they all came a courting. “I figured if these people – if anybody should know, they should know,” testified one black survivor as to why he stuck with Jones.

After taking office as San Francisco mayor in 1976, Moscone repaid Jones by appointing him to the Human Rights Commission and then to the chairmanship of the San Francisco Housing Authority. That same year, the Los Angeles Times named Jones “the humanitarian of the year.”

Jim Jones with Jerry Brown:

135248715

In 1974, Jones leased 3,000 acres of land in a Guyana jungle and began construction of a commune called the Peoples Temple Agricultural Project. Hundreds of his followers were dispatched there to work. What they discovered was a South American gulag equal parts Werner Erhard and Pol Pot.

The buzz about Jonestown persuaded Rep. Leo Ryan, a vestigial Democrat who cared more about people than “social justice,” to check the place out.

When Jones found out about Ryan’s impending visit, he resorted to the ultimate Democratic gambit – race baiting. He denounced Ryan as someone who had “voted sharply in racist terms and fascist terms” and began rehearsing his people for “White Night,” the night when Ryan and other evil white people would come to kill them.

In preparation for visits from outsiders, Jones had earlier issued proclamation No. 75: “Give your original name when guest is here – do not use your socialist names such as Lenin, Che Guevara, etc. …”

On his visit Ryan quickly saw through the subterfuge. When he attempted to fly back to civilization with some escapees, a Jonestown security team murdered him and four others on the runway.

That night Jones put his well-drilled minions through a “White Night” exercise. They had been through this before, drinking the proverbial Kool-Aid and surviving. This time the drink was heavily laced with valium and cyanide.

Everyone who drank it died. Those who refused to drink it were injected with it. As to Jones, he shot himself.

At the time, Milk was pioneering a softball version of what Jones did, a strategy that has become the Democratic norm: embrace minorities, alert a partisan media to the embrace, woo the minorities for their support, reward them for it with various giveaways, and scare them with tales of racist, sexist, homophobic whites.

Then, when all goes to hell, as it inevitably does, blame Donald Trump or some evil “other” and so deform the story in the retelling that future generations learn nothing.

Today, we make jokes about “Kool-Aid” drinkers and write the Jonestown misadventure off to some bizarre suicide cult.

The fact is, however, that 3-year-olds typically don’t know how to commit suicide. Authorities dumped the bodies of more than 250 of the Jonestown children, almost all of them black, into a mass grave in Oakland’s Evergreen Cemetery.

There they lie to this day, unsung and un-mourned – because their death serves no useful political purpose.

IMF's Lagarde says central banks could issue digital money
14 November 2018

International Monetary Fund head Christine Lagarde said central banks around the world should consider issuing digital currency.

Speaking in Singapore, Ms Lagarde said this could make digital currency transactions safer.

Non-cash payments have increased over the years, raising challenges for governments and central banks.

Regulators have voiced concerns with digital currencies and called for greater oversight.

"I believe we should consider the possibility to issue digital currency," Ms Lagarde said in a speech at a conference in Singapore. "There may be a role for the state to supply money to the digital economy."

"The advantage is clear. Your payment would be immediate, safe, cheap and potentially semi-anonymous... And central banks would retain a sure footing in payments."

Ms Lagarde said central banks in Canada, China, Sweden and Uruguay were all "seriously considering" digital currency proposals.

A virtual currency issued by a central bank would be a liability of the state - as cash is - not of a private firm.

Rockefellers join Rothschilds & Soros in cryptocurrency investing
Published time: 9 Apr, 2018 09:47 Edited time: 9 Apr, 2018 13:30

Despite the dramatic collapse of the crypto market this year, well-known investors have opted to buy into digital currencies, triggering a brief surge in the prices of top tokens.
Reports have emerged that George Soros is preparing to invest in digital assets, despite his earlier criticism of them. Adam Fisher, who controls macro investing at Soros Fund Management, has reportedly secured internal approval to trade the currencies.

The Rockefellers have also reportedly joined the crypto party. Venrock, the official venture-capital arm of the family, reportedly signed a partnership with Coinfund, a cryptocurrency investment fund, to back virtual tokens and blockchain business innovations.

Coinfund has recently launched token-based financial services platform Coinlist. The company had previously initiated a number of projects, including chat messenger app Kik, which raised almost $100 million in the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) last year.

“We wanted to partner with this team that has been making investments and actually helping to architect a number of different crypto economies and crypto token-based projects,” said David Pakman, partner at Venrock, as quoted by Fortune.

We are excited to partner with @pakman and @Venrock for our work in #decentralization and #blockchain! https://t.co/xlxgdiRJ09

The Rothschilds, also known for their close ties to banks and other financial institutions, have stepped towards cryptocurrency trading as well. In December, the family reportedly purchased bitcoin exposure via the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust for the first time.

Crypto investors hope that the interest from big-time names will help to take the heat off the market from global financial watchdogs. Up until now, financial regulators across the world have taken a tough stance toward cryptocurrencies.

Rockefeller, Soros, and Rothschild money entering the cryptocurrency space....it sounds like regulations might be getting a bit more lax

— Charles Hoskinson (@IOHK_Charles) April 7, 2018
News of the involvement of big investors has triggered a jump in crypto prices, sending bitcoin back above $7,000. The price of the number one virtual currency has dropped more than 40 percent since January. It plunged below $7,000 on March 30 before dropping to its lowest point since last November in the past week. However, bitcoin remains nearly 400 percent higher than this time last year.

Democratic 2020 Candidate Wants Government-Sponsored ‘Social Credit’ System Comparable To China’s
New York entrepreneur and Democratic 2020 candidate Andrew Yang wants to implement a system in which a government-run mobile app rewards Americans with “digital social credits” (DSCs) for good behavior.

Americans would receive DSCs under Yang’s system for things such as “participating in a town fair,” “fixing a neighbor’s appliance” or “tutoring a student,” his presidential campaign website explains.

“As individuals rack up DSCs, they would have both a permanent balance they’ve earned over their lifetime and a current balance. They could cash the points in for experiences, purchases with participating vendors, support for causes, and transfer points to others for special occasions,” Yang states on his website. “As their permanent balance gets higher, they might qualify for various perks like throwing a pitch at a local ballgame, an audience with their local Congressperson or meeting their state’s most civic-minded athlete or celebrity.”

“The most socially detached would be the most likely to ignore all of this,” he added. “But many people love rewards and feeling valued.”

Yang’s social credit plan bears some similarities to the social credit system implemented by China’s authoritarian government.

Every citizen in China is assigned a social credit score that determines whether they can buy plane or train tickets.

people don't go full totalitarian at first

they have to sleep walk you into it so that you don't get startled and resist. Like slowly boiling a frog

So at first the tech will be presented as some sort of cool must have trendy item. liberal hollywood actors and actresses will promote it and their characters might even use it in movies to make it look cool to the impressionable viewers

then they sell it as a community inititative. They come out with slogans like 'bringing people together' and stuff like that

As more and more people become hooked into the tech however the terms will change

It will expand in its purvue and will encompass more and more aspects of your life. maybe you said some banned word and alexa heard it and then told the AI running the system and your social credit score would then go down or maybe you posted what you thought was a joke online but which the AI took literally and your score suddenly drops blocking you from basic goods and services and perhaps denying you access to the essentials you need to continue surviving

So yes absolutely your social media useage would be used against you. basically you would lose your basic human right to free speech. Even if you felt you had nothing 'politically incorrect' to say now the problem is that the game is constantly changing so that what is politically correct now may be politically incorrect tomorrow and there may come a day where some aspect of all this affects you or a loved one and you may wish to protest that but you will find your mouth shackled by this social control system

Ah it all makes sense. You think your credit score went down because you're racist.

If only that was so.

no i think that big money interests who are weaponising mass immigration in order to further their agenda like to hide what they are doing by hiding behind faux-morality so they use their assets in the corporate media and education system to shout nasty words like 'racist' at anyone smart enough to see through it to

a) try and bully them into silence and
b) try and turn other members of the public who can't yet see through it against them

You simply cannot conflate 'Marxism' with 'identity politics'.

The whole thrust of Historical Materialism is that there is only one dimension of social identity that matters, and that is class. Everything else by definition belongs to the 'superstructure' - that realm of identity/culture used by the ruling class to keep everybody supporting the system.

You may have a case in claiming that Marxists would desire to destroy nation and nationalism (destroy all false consciousness/identity which detracts from class consciousness), but you cannot then claim the effectively opposite case that Marxists which to promote other forms of non-class identity.

This is not only patently untrue but also logically inconsistent on the mist basic level.
Now I've got to read Marx again.

you're wrong, the jewish leftwing intellectuals have taught everyone to think 'as a'....as a black person, as a woman, as a gay person, as a trans person as a jew etc

that is where it has all come from

what it serves to do is destroy any solidarity among the workers and i suggest this is because the people who funded those academics and who got them posts in the US universities are the very same oligarchs who want to enslave the workers under a technocracy

oh you mean jordan peterson the SCHOLAR who has studied what actually happened in the run up to the massacres of millions of people due to the bolsheviks in russia?

that guy who knows what actually happened there and has studied it much more than you....that guy

My favorite thing about people who think Jordan Peterson is profound is that I know they don't read source texts. So when I feel my master morality flare up and need to shoot fish in a barrel, it's good to have people who capitalize words like SCHOLAR (appeal to authority fallacy) around. And since, I'm a fan of both efficiency and irony...

Here's your führer being taken to task...

...with references (in the form of direct quotes) to the authors he mentions...

...as though he didn't even read any of the texts...

...with the correction being delivered by a YouTube channel titled, "Cuck Philosophy"

And since Jordan Peterson isn't a philosopher, I wanted to be fair and include the opinion of someone (Stephen Hicks) on the Peterson side of attitudes about life (slave moralists, neo-stoics, apologists of the status quo) who is a "trained" and "credentialed" philosopher.

Note: The quotation marks aren't meant to imply his credentials are suspect. Simply put, both he and JP are ideologues to a point where they have no academic integrity or value:

It's fruitless to return fire until you've read more books. I believe Peterson himself has a rant wherein he champions steelmanning the arguments of your opponents in order to strengthen your own. Good luck with that. Much of this material isn't easy to navigate and, so far as I know, there aren't any illustrated versions of the texts.

тролль?

People dislike Trump so much because he blatantly lies constantly and was not elected by the majority of people but rather by playing a game of chess with our electoral system and gerrymandered districts disinfrancished by the GOP's “Operation Red Map”.
Now don’t turn around and tell me that Hillary would have been this or that or talk about what Obama did or didn’t do...we are talking about Trump as you have clearly outlined.
Also that video about left or liberal is a biased bunch of hot garbage.
Not to mention that the words left and liberal themselves have different connotations in the US vs Europe.
Most Americans do not know what the difference is between a liberal and a neoliberal and assume they are one and the same.
As far as what I believe I was serious when I said - Don’t box me in.
I have some ideas that would be considered conservative and some that are not.

Trump has been assaulting our democracy since before he took the oath of office...not to mention that he is a sociopathic asshole who throws kids in cages to discourage people from seeking asylum in the US.
Many of whom still are separated from their parents.
People dislike him because Puerto Rico is still fucked up - but look how ready FEMA is for the storm about to hit the Carolinas.
PR is an island you know...those are surrounded by water.
Trump didn’t know that.
Let me reference Gary Hart...what did Gary Hart do that ruined his political career?
Now times that by 1000 and you have the Trump hooker payoff debacle.
Yet, he’s still in power.
Tariffs....taxes on the consumer.
Not to mention his retarded tax plan he pushed through.

People hate him because he exudes hatred and distain toward the general masses of the US.
(Unless you voted for him - but that isn’t how a POTUS is supposed to function)
His racism, sexism, egomania, narcissism...the purposeful seeding of discontent within the country by him on a daily basis.
His disregard for law and his inability to grasp basic concepts of how our laws and gears of this country work...not to mention world politics.
Roughly only 30-something percent give positive approval ratings to the man.
Does he care to try and learn how all this shit functions?
Nope.

He’s a snake oil salesman.
He doesn’t represent the average person here both in political views and in societal norms...he feels he is above the law and has stated as much.
He told people what he was told they wanted to hear to get elected...but that’s all it was, talk.

President Trump has made 4,229 false or misleading claims in 558 days
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...ng-claims-in-558-days/?utm_term=.db35bb45ccb9
(Of course the numbers keep going up based on the date as he lies approx 7.6 times a day)
http://projects.thestar.com/donald-trump-fact-check/

Now don’t go jumping all over me with critiques and get butthurt about what I just wrote.
Don’t take get excited and start trying to prove me wrong on this and that - if you wanted a debate then you should have specified - I don’t agree with your stance and you surely don’t with mine.
You wanted to know - there you go.
If you think I am wrong - super...I really don’t care.

Not going around and around pointlessly with you again, thanks.
Cheers.

I am a bit surprised that there has been no mention of Biden "throwing kids in cages". www.thegatewaypundit.com has the story and pictures as well as www.projectveritas.com. "They" (the government) have already opened up a stadium in Houston and are now working to open up a stadium in San Diego to handle the children. Some of the facilities they are using are now at 729% capacity....with literally no space in the cage left for sleeping (on concrete). A bit puzzling don't you think?
