Is attraction voluntary?

I am not attracted to anyone, so the test fails.

If you are not attracted to anyone, and attraction is voluntary, then you should be able to make yourself attracted to somebody. How would you be exempt from your own theory?

You can't really, in my opinion, argue sexuality unless you know the function of sexuality. If the function of sexuality is reproduction, to continue the human race, homosexuality is a defect in that system and therefore ineffective. But different rules apply if the purpose of sexuality is something different.
The question then is who defines the function. If the Biblical God defines the function, then sexuality is solely for procreation. If nature defines the function, then sexuality serves a variety of observable functions for mammals in addition to reproduction such as social bonding and establishing social status. If humans define the function of sexuality, then the possibilities are only limited by the human imagination.

Who defines the function is yet another problem.
