This thread is exclusively reserved for hot, violent scenes or tragic scenes; basically anything grim and horrible---goes here.

I made this thread because I had nothing to contribute to the romance once, so this is my anti-romance rebuttal thread.

I'll post a couple example videos.

So, yes, they can be violent and also real life videos. I tried to find a video from pan's labrynth where they beat the guys' face in with the bottom of a beer bottle but, I didn't find the scene on youtube.

I also couldn't find a clip of the guy off of timecrimes chasing the main character around with a pair of scissors.

I also could not find the clip of the guy off of this new australian gangster movie that'll be coming out, Animal Kingdom, of the scene where he kills the girlfriend by choking her to death or the guy is shot in the head in his car by a cop, or any of that good stuff.

Oh, I was going to post the pale man scene and the curb-stomp from American History X too XD Those really stuck with me.

Out of context I could definitely see how people could find it funny. Have you seen American History X?

I can't find the videos I wanted to share, but the starved to death baby in Trainspotting and the 8 year old kid shooting a 5 year old in the head from City of God stand out the most to me.
 
This footage was banned in most advanced countries due to extremely graphic scenes of violence, racism, elitism, and sigmatism.

It is, in accordance with the thread topic, a violent tragedy.

As mf points out, it may seem funny when edited out of context. I have difficulty laughing at it, knowing its place in the film.

One of the most powerful scenes in one of my favorite movies: Titus

I will just admit to you all that I am terrible at not laughing at very unfunny things.

My friend once told me her dog died; then I laughed....slowly halting after realizing what had just been said.

Remember that film I am Legend -warning spoilers about the moving coming up-

remember the scene where he chokes the dog to death? I laughed.
