Adjectives for the Biden Administration today

100% agreed, and that’s why it is so fucked up that 80% of the current US money supply was printed under Trump as some kind of solution to the pandemic.

What’s more fucked up is thinking:
  1. that’s Biden’s fault, and/or,
  2. the government can do anything to fix it
American people can fix it by reducing demand, but no one is willing to deny themself when they are at the trough.

Ugh,
Ian
Consumer austerity won't fix American inflation. You need to get international trade flowing.

I know you Americans make everything partisan, but the current administration has been in place for two years. Cash supply policy is very fast in impact, this is a failure of supply chain policy.

Our country looks so pathetic at the moment. This is a beautiful upright display of "pedo peter" as his pedophile crackhead son so affectionately calls him, but dont forget that its all (I dont trust him either) Trumps fault. I'm sure he thanked the Palestinian PM for coming to the White House. You see Pedo Peter is old and inherited a mess (Not). Its Trumps fault that this dipshit shut down energy production day 1. Then publicly runs his mouth (he can't help it) about Saudi Arabia. As Karma has its way, he then had to go to Saudi Arabia on his knees and beg for more oil only to get laughed at and denied. Supply chains world wide are being sabotaged intentionally. Now they just tell us what is coming next then do everything to make it happen but never attempt to prevent it. Why is nobody talking about Fake Ukraine anymore? Because they have sent 50 billion to their slush fund already. Objective complete. What's important now is to make sure everyone is up to date and current on their jabs and boosters? They only last about 2 weeks now, so be sure to stay vigilant with that. Dont take it. Think its coincidence that countries around the world are collapsing in unison? What will they show us now? The hypocrisy of governments strong-arming the citizens for their own good. Watch the level of violence imposed to keep the citizens safe.
This is all a big staged show and we're just watching it burn. Can the ants over run the cage? Grab some marsh mellows and we'll make smores.

Well look who just got the rona despite being twice this and twice that supposedly yet still got it...

Wait, you don’t think getting vaccinated means immunity from COVID-19, do you?

Wondering,
Ian

Why would he think that regardless of what fauci claimed? We know that getting jabbed actually increases your chances of contracting covid and also that the vaxxed are the majority spreading it. Its quit simple to understand for most that once you allow this into your body it attacks your immune system like AIDS and makes you unable to fight off a whole slew of illnesses. (Pfizer has 5 pgs of side effects for you to read til your hearts content) The point being getting jabbed is stupid and self harm at this point. Its not about winning an argument, it's about the truth that the unjabbed are not getting sick and not dying like the jabbed who are falling like flies. I know about 10 people who got it because their job required it and now they are dead. Over the next year or so the birth defects and miscarriages will be undeniable. But "Whatever" helps you sleep.

You do you, mang.

I’ve been vaxxed for COVID-19 multiple times. I’m very much alive. I’ve never had COVID-19. :)

Ian

They've proven to be pretty useless for covid where before with just about everything else either a single shot or a fallow up booster was good enough for years or life yet here we are. So what was the point if they didn't work at all other than to waste people's time and money while greatly increasing the risk of vax induced injury.

To reduce the likelihood of severe illness and hospitalization, full stop.

Other vaccines, for other communicable diseases, are different because of the varying nature of pathogens, type of delivery agents, immune system responses, and so on. Fairly basic biology, nothing requiring a degree to grok. That’s why, for example, influenza is yearly, and it helps you avoid serious illness, whereas tetanus is every 10 years and prevents most disease, and smallpox lasts a lifetime, and confers total immunity.

So that was the point—to reduce the likelihood of localized healthcare system collapse, and you becoming a corpse. You still might get COVID-19, but it wouldn’t be able to totally fuck you over.

Saying they are pretty useless for COVID-19 because one could still get infected misses the point entirely.

Cheers,
Ian

Don't you think it's a legitimate complaint, to want a vaccine that reliably prevents all illness? Whether it's possible is another question, but being dissatisfied with the efficacy of current medicines is a legitimate point in itself.

The tetanus vaccine effectively guarantees you won't get lockjaw, paralysis, or die, but the covid vaccine, by comparison, is lacklustre. It is, as far as vaccines go, an inferior product.

Sure, if what is expressed is legitimate complaint. When what is expressed is hyperbole (and I know you don’t like that), or outright mischaracterization of the science, it ceases to be legitimate complaint.

Whether it's possible is another question, but being dissatisfied with the efficacy of current medicines is a legitimate point in itself.

Dissatisfaction is an emotional state resulting from a judgment. That feeling is legitimate and valid, but in and of itself does not constitute a legitimate point. That requires a reasonable argument.

Comparison and contrast requires things of like kind. I don’t think your position a reasonable one to hold (given the vaccines in question), but given things biological you have said in the past, my sense is it is more likely informed by ignorance than it is the product of malice or agenda.

Ian
