  • Hey, hope you are well and feeling better now. I got your request, I will do, but I dont know by when. Got a bit of work to catch up on.
psychological dilemmas -- these can be stimulatingly familiar at times -- sounds interesting. My original torrent was 4 gigs--- (1998) (dvd-rip??)-- apparently it would have taken 12 days. Just got a new one, 695 mb, looking forward to this : )
'Return to Paradise' looks engaging, I've never heard of it--- sounds interesting, I'm downloading it as a torrent tonight, hopefully it'll complete before too late--- I feel like seeing it tonight : )
Listening to ambient on a night walk sounds like an awesome experience : ) I'm amazed I've never done this at night before. definitely going to try it out. This week has been tiring and extremely emotional--- meant to ask you earlier today if you'd seen any movies that you enjoyed lately?
    OH!

Hahahahahahaha Yeah, it completely went over my head. My nerdom span has shrunk over the years. :p
Hey! Get off of my page! Notice the words "visitor messages" at the top, which only grant you the title of "visitor," not owner, mind you. I guess I'll have to make more friends... haha not really. I don't post often enough to really get to know people on here.
I will take that as a compliment. I do very much like dark cloaks and mysterious figures. :p

It's okay with the nerdy references, you are talking to a fellow nerd. Do you mean cold as in "caught a cold"?
I was kinda worried it would have that effect, but outing the person and letting them know that someone is aware of their lies and falsehood seemed more important. I apologize.

I didn't mean you or anyone else but that person. Plus, if I didn't think you were an honest person I wouldn't have opened up to ya like I did. :]
I like cool weather too-- it feels invigorating : ) I haven't seen any good movies since Detective Dee-- have you seen any interesting ones that have made an impression on you lately?
Nooo nooo, it's fine!! :) It's just my own individualism coming out. But yess, I certainly understand what you meant. :D I absolutely loved it!
'rainy/cloudy' I often like the ambiance of overcast days (though bad for astronomy :p) I find it feels humbling to be out and about concentrating on some human task then suddenly the clouds break and you're standing there totally soaked. (maybe this is only me : ) What's your spring temperatures like? 75 F feels uncomfortable to me--- what temperatures ranges do you prefer?
Oh good. I don't want my tough guy image to be ruined.

    Cloud 'collection'? :O

    SHARE.
Good to hear.. er ..read. I should give you a call sometime. Plus, I shouldn't be complaining about my mom. And, everybody in a way has to start from the ground up. I should just be thankful to have a kind and loving mom. She's told me how sorry she was for being emotionally absent for most my life and the rest of the children. So, I forgive her. It's just that now I want to prove to her, and myself, that I am going to make it on my own.

I should start calling you more. I just want to learn to get away from this place already
Well... I wanna be your friend... If you lived in the east bay I would buy you a stripper and then take you out to some clubs so we can hollar at hoes together. =)
TBG sounds cool... seems like a mix of Riddick and Avatar, lol. The Last Lecture sounds sooo awesome though! It's making me wonder what I would say if I ever published my own 'last lecture'.

It's my profile pic now :) LOL... It's named, "Portrait of a Devil", how fitting :p

Ahhh.. nah, I'm done with finals now. I started it in class and my professor pointed it out and talked about how I don't have to read the first 15 chapters because it wasn't important to the book. I don't think his advice was very sound. Since I've been reading it, I've found that the basis of the first 15 are imperative for understanding the root of his ideas. I would say that chapter 15-16 are the juiciest, since he goes into ripping apart the issues with government during his time. He asserts his ideal of that a prince's most important aim is to rule effectively as opposed to modeling a certain code of behavior. Which during the Renaissance was a very bold assertion to make. I enjoy this version though, I think the editor did a good job at translating. Unfortunately, Mach's writing is kinda dry and has a laconic air to it, so it's one of those pieces that are better read in bits... at least in my opinion.

I have an obsession with philosophy, always have. I tend to find myself attracted more toward Te/Se/Ni/Fi orientated philosophers, since I relate more to their values.
