  • me likey alot!

i'm extremely multi-faceted when it comes to alot of things, one of those being music. i love rock/metal/progresive type music, even some old classic rock (pink floyd, jimi hendrix, etc etc). BUT, hearing something so calm and soothing like that is amazing, as i am a deeply spiritual person as well.
You know what else I think it is that offends us? We are unspoken & subtle in many respects, (except for when we LIKE someone!), and we feel people should be picking up on our cues, and most CAN'T. The underlying causes for the actions we preform, as with most of our feelings, are well hidden from the naked eye. It takes, time, practice, interest, & intuition to read an INFJ, and few people will bother...

I feel like I am silently SCREAMING all of these emotions all the time, especially while vacuuming, etc., but I'm so controlled that few notice anything is awry. Sigh... such is life. Perhaps we should fear conflict LESS, and be direct with people MORE. Haha. ;)
alright i'm adding u to MSN so if u get a request from a creepy stranger, make sure u accept
    hello :)

I also feel bloated :( arghh.. one of the things why I hate being a girl... hahaha

I love escaping :) but I also want to return to reality hehe.. it's hard to find a good book though.. a book where you can really feel the plot and everything :)

The hunger games is cool but creepy :) I looovee Peeta!!! bwahahahaha.....what are cavaliers? :)

So how about you? what keeps you busy? :)
letme check I have one for nightmares:
right now I am feeling (emotion)
right now I am sensing in my body
because I am remembering (by title only, no details)
Here (name place where you are)
    I only saw her once
but we talked about left/right brain stuff and how flash backs are in the right brain (the abstract side) because they have no sense of time and because the ones when I was little are so symbolic. So she gave me some excercises for calming down using my left brain. Which is great, because most people tell you to relax using right brain stuff, which can be upsetting for people with trauma, especially childhood trauma
    I have been okay,
I alot better, actually. I got into a program at school and I have spring classes so that makes me feel really safe. I hate the insecurity of not knowing where I will be in six months. I also started seeing a counsellor who is actually practical in helping with flashbacks/nightmares
crying is such a great thing
I am glad that you are feeling better
I was actually quite worried about you for a while
you were going through a rough patch
    <3
I'm glad you like them. I got a whole bunch of them on my tumblr updates last week and they made me think of you. I'm sorry you've been facing so many challenges lately. It's okay if you're feeling alot of things. Sometimes we need to feel so much we almost have to separate parts of ourselves to make the feelings make sense
